If I could give a 0 I would. I came in a group of 4 and we were immediately seated into the back corner of the left building.... Our server greeted but was blunt and rude. We order are apps and was forgotten for about 15mins. Then we order are food and justfelt like we were dismissed and we told our server that I had a Allergy to onion and he wrote it down. We all waiting for about20-30 minutes for are dinner to arrive. When it arrived 2 of our steaks were well done when they needed to be medium rare,bones wings were dead cold and re heated, salad dressing was spoiled tasting and the plate it was on was dirty. At the same timethe Allergy for onions were dismissed and it had hidden onions which sadly I found out the hard. Manger didn't seems like hedidn't care and then told us it isn't there fault for the dressing it's package, on the menu it says fresh dressing. I would notrecommend. Read more
First and foremost I just wanna start off and say the only reason this is getting a 3 star and not a 0 is because of my server... Mary was the absolute best when I say she gave the most best service I’ve had in a very long time I mean that she was superfriendly very talkative on top of our tables and just over all the best I mean that the cooks are horrible and if it was neverfor Mary I would never come back to this location but do not hesitate to ask for Mary if going to this location !!! Went for lunch during US OPEN. We were sat bar side at a table and the bartender was our server. He handled every table very... well. We ordered an appetizer, waters, and an entree. The food was very good. The service was fast. The bathrooms were cleantoo. I would recommend going during lunch time to this location. Read more
The service was good, the waiter was attentive. I ordered the chicken wings and all I can say is there were ok. The flavor was... good but the wings were tough and chewy. I did enjoy the pot sticker appetizer. I'm not sure TGI Fridays is a place that I wouldhave a craving to go back to. Fun fact TGI Fridays started out as a singles bar and was a huge success. Really, 4.5 stars. Great food, big servings, great waitress! The Cajun shrimp and chicken is amazing!!! What more can you... want? There is one thing: their carry out boxes don't close easy nor stay closed. Waitress had to give me stickers to keep itclosed. Badly designed. Get new boxes and get 5 stars! Read more
Mary our server was polite, quick, and efficient. She was attentive enough to make our experience nice, but not overbearing or... the opposite (perfect balance). Our appetizer was the loaded potato skins followed by the 6oz. sirloin with potatoes andbroccoli and the double cheeseburger with fries. Everything was hot, fresh, and tasty. Service was incredibly slow. Took close to 15 minutes for server to see us. Over 15 minutes for drinks to come. Even longer for... food. Food was nothing like what was pictured (much smaller than advertised). And by the time it made it to our table it wouldbe a stretch to say it was even warm. Ordered a dessert and specifically asked for spoons for each person. Dessert was servedwith 2 spoons. Asked for more. Waited 10 minutes to be told they were out of spoons but they had forks... To eat icecream. Allin all, I would not come back again. Food was meh, servings sizes were smaller than what the should be, food is overpriced andvery slow service for a relatively not busy restaurant. Read more
