Wish I could give a zero. Noticing a trend with TSC. There is no consistency between stores. This one is messy and you can see... them touching their faces without gloves then handling food. The quality of the food was absolutely trash. I love this company'sproduct but when half the stores you go into are ran by disgusting unclean people, it's really off putting. Don't use this storeuntil it gets new ownership. No you don't use proper protocol and I'm putting in a notice with the health department on Monday.I read other reviews and saw this has happened a lot lately. Went with my work colleagues here without any expectations! But hands down best food and smoothies in West Chester as well as... friendly and well behaved staff with good customer service. Really enjoyed my Chipotle chicken club and detox island greensmoothie with whey protein. And my work colleagues loved their food and smoothies too plus I didnt know that I could addsupplements to my smoothie so the lady at the counter told me that they have supplements! This used to be a great place, with generous portions, good food, and excellent service. The current management should know... their evening crew tonight do not live up to that standard. I came in to get a smoothie and a snack and stood at the registerfor several minutes, while the young lady who eventually took my order stood right in front of me and ate leftover smoothiefrom one of the mixers. My food was not prepared until I moved to the end of the counter where I could see the entire crew ontheir phones and not preparing my order. The crew continued in this activity until one looked up and noticed me looking. Theythen proceeded to insult me over their headsets in a language they didn?t think I understood, got my order wrong, and weregenerally quite rude. Did I mention no one else was in the restaurant? I usually doordash from this place but I was in the area recently and I stopped in personally. The staff were friendly and the... place was clean and neat. But I waited a lot longer for my order than I felt was necessary for a couple of smoothies with veryfew other customers and what looked like plenty of staff and equipment. Read more

I have really tried to give this place many chances. But sadly, again today, it was still not a great experience. It seems to be... the same thing every single time I go. Order in the drive thru, can barely hear on the speaker. Get to the window and they havetheir hand out, no understanding of what the total is. No receipt. No thank you, come again, no smiles. Then incorrect itemshanded to us???????????. So sad because this place is great at other locations. I sure hope they can get better with theircustomer service and friendliness. Read more

Definitely will not be back. I love Tropical Smoothie from when I always visit Florida. Today was the first time I tried it up... here. The smoothie was terrible. It was watered down so much it barely had taste. Just bunch of crushed Ice taste with barelyany flavor. Reminded me of when my soda gets watered down from the ice. I would have been better off making my own smoothie athome because it tastes better than that mess I wasted my money on. Read more
