This Wendy?s lies about their ?system being down? to avoid taking orders. When I told them that I?d wait for it to come back up,... because it?s the only thing that my terminal aunt wanted, it magically was back up within a minute. I went through on the wayback to get another family member some food and now they weren?t taking orders because they?re too short staffed. Why are youeven open then? I stopped at this Wendy's tonight, 4/28/2022 about 6:30-7:00pm and it's the LAST time I will ever buy food there! There was 1... car ahead of us with no one behind us, after the 1st car put in thier order we were asked to wait a min., I sit there & sitthere, and I'm now thinking they forgot we were waiting but she finally takes our order. I get home from working 10hrs I'mstarving and the fries were cold, the meat on the burger was cold & the bun was not fresh at all!!! So I got to eat about 2bites and I couldn't even finish it because it was that bad!! Spent $18 & some change on food that I know had to of been sittingthere for a long time!! Way to go whoever was "working" tonight, you are HORRIBLE AT YOUR JOB!!!!! Just arrived into town from Michigan and we were dreading fast food cause of bad experiences but we still pulled into Wendy's... and it was the decision we could've made . Our sandwiches were perfectly made, the veggies were fresh, and they definitelyweren't stingy. Fries were fresh and crisp and we appreciated nothing missing out of our $100 order. Read more
My 10-year old son received a Wendy's gift card and was excited to treat his cousin on New Year's Eve. NYE hours indicated that... Wendy's closed at 9pm. We excitedly pulled up to the drive-thru around 8:02pm but were never greeted. I pulled up to the windowand a young lady with bright red hair came out and through the window, told me they were closed. I told her the sign said theyclosed at 9pm. She told me those weren't the holiday hours. I told her the holiday hours were posted clearly on the window. Shewent to get her "manager". The manager came out from the back, looked at me and demanded a young man lock the window. She neverspoke to me. My son's feelings were hurt. I always have good restraint and keep an even tone. There was no reason for themanager to treat me that way. I will assume the younger two were following their manager's commands so I put all blame on themanager. This is unacceptable. Read more
