We were there Saturday Nov. 26 around 7:15pm. Only one car in parking lot, no one in drive-thru.Everything was perfect. Food... couldn't have been fresher if I'd picked it off the grill myself. Service was quick, courteous, and accurate. Absolutelynothing to complain about. I've never really had any issues whenever I've stopped here, but this time was above and beyondexpectations. Legendary. Probably not a good choice to make more than once or twice per year, but always memorable.

It's White Castle the birth place of sliders, so I had to give it a try. This was my first time to experience a White Castle... establishment. The customer service was great and the food came out quickly. The sliders tasted exactly as I thought they wouldtaste. They have other options other than the traditional slider. I think this is a must go spot just to say that you have beento one. I'm not a big burger person so I would not go out of my way to find a White Castle but if I were hungry and passed one Iwould stop, I might try some of the other style burgers they offer next time. These people are deaf or can't speak English. Guy asks what sauce I want and had me repeat "honey mustard and marinara" both... over the intercom and then twice at the window. Immediately after clarifying at the window they give barbecue sauce. Looking inthe window, there's 4 people standing behind him staring at the window. Sus af. Read more

I ordered a 10 piece cheese stick and only received 8 cheese sticks. I get people make mistakes, but that was my whole... meal…and an entire one third of the order! Not to mention the young man at the window/drive thru sounds absolutely miserableand like he hates his life. Made me feel like I was inconveniencing him for buying food from his store. Update: now that I’veeaten my food, 3 out of the 8 cheese sticks I received had no cheese in them! So I paid for a 10 piece mozzarella cheese stickand I only got 5!!! My gf got onion chips (that weren’t even half full) and COLD cheese sliders. Smh the entire meal wastrash. Read more

I've been through here a couple times and have to say that the biggest pitfall is the service. The food is always good, if... you're willing to wait while the staff has to relearn everything they do. There's mass confusion in the store about what'sordered, who ordered it, and how to get said food to customers. Read more

I got my order on my way to work and noticed one of my cheese sticks had a green end. It was bad enough that my onion chips were... nearly cold as well as the cheese sticks but it appears to have mold or something on/in it. Needless to say, the entire orderwas thrown away. I can't take a chance on getting food poisoning. I won't ever be back and do not recommend. Read more
