I ordered a take out of the shrimp lomein and a order of the crab Rangoon. My order total was 13.35 and I charged it on my debit... card. And I put a 3.00 tip in the jar. I have alerts on my card that whenever I charge something I get an alert with the amountof purchase and where I purchased it at. Well to my surprise my card was charged 16.02 that was authorized by SQ of the yummybowl. When I brought it to his attention and I even showed him my alert which he seen that my card was charged 16.02. Whatreally did it for me was when he denied the charge he insisted that they only charged me the 13.35 that was on my receipt to mycard, but I?m looking at the 16.02 that was charged to my card from them. So I went out in my car and did the math which theyhad somehow added a 20% tip on my card which came out to be 2.67. If you add 13.35 + 2.67 = 16.02 But he still insisted thatthey only charged me 13.35???? I normally don?t write reviews but I felt like I need to write this one. If he did this to me hehas done this to others! Please check your account after you go there to make sure that the same thing that happened to medoesn?t happen to you. 2.67 is not a lot of money it?s just the principle of the thing. Definitely some of the worst Chinese food ever. The orange chicken had absolutely no orange flavor and taste like it was days... old. The crab Rangoon and egg rolls were overcooked on the outside and doughy and flavorless on the inside. I felt like I beenserved leftovers from days ago. I'm 50 years old and this was literally the worst Chinese food I have ever eaten. So gross. It went in the trash. They... simultaneously were able to burn the fried portions - yet still leave them doughy and the sauce had absolutely no taste. I alsowaited about 30 minutes for the food so I didn't even have time to go anywhere else. You got my $15 but you're not gettingrepeat business from me or anyone I work with. You're welcome. I don't often feel compelled to write a review, but Yummy Bowl takes the cake I've started eating here about 2 months ago,... usually once a week, and I can confidently say they never miss the mark! Their portion sizes are spectacular for the price, thefood is delicious, staff very kind and courteous, fast service, and probably the best egg rolls I've ever gotten from a Chineserestaurant. The price on the egg rolls might be a little steep, but it is well worth it. Absolutely no complaints, 10/10, keepup the good work!! Read more

I was hired here when I was 17 and worked until I turned 21. The owner, John, is there every single day and every single night.... He is one of the most hardworking people I had the pleasure of getting to know, and all you have to do is ask him how he doesit. He does it every day. He loves to cook, and he loves to talk to people when he isn't busy cooking. Dinner shift is usuallysuper busy, but for a long time, it was just us two working the dinner shift. We could handle it! Try the singapore mei fun orthe mongolian beef. Those are the two best things on the menu. Fried rice is fantastic, too. Read more
