Pretty mediocre food, if you're lucky enough to get it. Tried to give them a second chance and do the 3 tacos for $5 deal on a... Tuesday, but waited 40 minutes and had to get my money back before my lunch break was over. No explanation, let alone anapology. I'm not one to argue, I just won't ever go back, and I recommend anyone else skip these guys (particularly if you're ina rush). There's way too much competition nearby to waste your time. It's a shame, the spot that was in this location before wasmuch better. Edit: if the food came as quick as the owner's response, there wouldn't have been an issue ???? It wasn't all thatbusy and other people were getting their food who ordered after me. Also, my order was tacos and a quesadilla, nothing very timeconsuming...and no indication when I ordered in an empty restaurant before noon that it would be a long wait. I worked inrestaurants for years and I know it can be busy even if it doesn't look like it, so any sort of 'hey sorry we lost your order'or 'sorry, just 5 more minutes' would have saved a customer. The most foul thing I?ve ever put in my mouth. I ordered carnitas and received large chunks of pure fat. I called and got the... rudest person who barely could answer my questions. They screwed two more things in my order up as well. Most disgustingunappetizing food I?ve ever ordered in my life. Absolutely LOVED Los Sabores and their food for the last year. My favorite spot for Mexican food in West Chester. The last TWO... TIMES I have gone here to order food, I've been shorted. I spent $50 on 12 tacos last week, got home and they only gave me 8.That's $2.75 per taco + tax they shorted me, almost $15. Not the first time, either. And before anyone says I should "checkbefore I leave", they tightly pack everything up. I'd have to unravel my entire meal in front of them and inconveniently carryit all home just to make sure I have what I paid for? It's ridiculous. The food quality is still pretty good, even post LosSabores, but the customer service and the employees here are AWFUL. MASSIVE THUMBS DOWN. Read more

Los Sabores was my favorite restaurant. I used to go there all the time with family and friends, and everyone loved it. No... other Mexican restaurant could compete with them, in terms of flavor. I was really disappointed to see that the menu hadchanged with the new ownership. I went there with my family, and the consensus was that it does not compare to the previousestablishment. The fajitas were bland - not anything close to the previous version. We ordered cheese sauce, and it was runny,with a milk-like consistency. As a long-time, frequent customer of Los Sabores, I'm not sure I will be visiting Atexquitaagain. Of course, if they were to bring back the previous recipes from Los Sabores, then that would change everything! But fornow, I will have to grieve the loss of my family's favorite restaurant. Do not expect Los Sabores, you will be disappointed. Rice was very overcooked and served wet, burritos were very lightly filled,... and the kids burrito was the size of a small egg roll. Pico was mostly onion and cilantro, almost no tomato (see pictures).Overall not a good experience. $55 later and everyone is still hungry. Read more

This Sunday was the first time my husband and I visited this restaurant, and we were delighted by the food we ordered because it... was delicious. Our server was curtious, frienly and very attentive. The place was clean, nice and cozy with pleasant music. Itwill be my favorite place to go to from now on. Loved it!!! Read more
