Before Bonchon, I never had Korean fried chicken. So i really didn't know what to expect, having heard rave reviews from people... i checked it out, and I loved it. the Spicy chicken is incredible, and the sides we got were fantastic as well. Always grab the same meal from Bon Chon. Spicy chicken strips. I always ask for extra spicy sauce and for some reason whichever... restaurant I go to I HAVE to check the bag 1st before leaving because there is barely any sauce on it. But they alwaysaccommodate me and add more sauce before leaving. Best chicken strips EVER!!! Young lady at the register was sweet and kind aswell. Great customer service. Read more
Way overpriced and extremely stingey!! We drove 1 1/2 hours to specifically eat here. Spent over $100, got curdled/lumpy... teokbokki with really mushy rice cakes, extremely dry boneless wings and potstickers, and flavorless edamame. When I asked if Icould have a small amount of extra garlic soy sauce for my really dry potstickers, I was told repeatedly "no way, we don't dothat," even though I told him over and over again how very dry they were and had almost no sauce on them. He then offered totake my food back, which I had already partially eaten, to "wipe more sauce on them." I told him no way that's unsanitary causeI had already started eating off my plate, and again asked for just a small amount of the sauce on the side just to wet them alittle. He was very persistent in telling me no way "we don't do that here." My food was dry and the guy working that nightdidn't want to do anything to help make it better. What happened to good customer service? If I'm going to pay over $100 on asmall amount of food then I should be able to get a small side of the sauce to drizzle over my food, that should have alreadyhad it on it to begin with. Good food as always wings are spectacular but wish the wings had more sauce on them. Feel like they could have added more. I... even asked for some Soy Garlic sauce on the side and was told that they couldn't give me any. Really wish they would go aboveand offer there customers whatever they desire. The soy garlic sauce is so tasty what's the problem if I want some more? Hahaoverall delicious wings and great food just wish I could get some sauce. Read more
Slightly disappointed. I think this has great potential but our food was not fresh. The chicken had to have been sitting for a... couple hours. It was barely warm and very dry. Taste?s really good but much to be desired. Read more
