The food is always tasty, but the service continues to be mediocre. Some workers provide good service, but others don't. Also,... there always seems to be an issue with workers prioritizing talking to each other about social things, rather than tending tothe customers, such that the workers who are putting your food together stop what they're doing sp that they can talk to eachother, and the result is that the workers often get your order wrong because they don't listen to what you ask for. Far and away, one of the worst Chipoltes out there. Do not even consider online ordering. They have, with out fail, F-ed up... every online order we have sent through since moving here. It's a shockingly dirty and poorly maintained location - if you findyourself here on a weeknight dinner rush, you've entered the 7th circle of hell. Read more

This chipotle is horrible. Food is salty. Portions are tiny. I recently tried it after months and still horrible. I got no guac... when I paid for it. My bowl was half empty. I got small amount of chips and crushed chips. Horrible. Read more
I ordered through app and spent significant amount of money, got double protein and the bowl I got was mainly rice and sour... cream. What is that?
