I order a pizza at 1217pm and it's 139pm as of writing this and the pizza is not here. We contacted the store and the manager... said they have only 1 driver, the issue is if you can't provide a pizza in a timely manner you shouldn't take our order. Management did not handle our concerns, they have not improved their service as this is not the first time. This is the lasttime I am order from dominos. Late night pick up. Girl behind the counter was very rude. Ordered online and when I went in I felt like I was ruining her... night. She rolled her eyes and didn?t want to assist me. I ordered food last night and waited all night for my food to come and was unaware of the food arriving. The delivery man did... not knock on the door nor send a notification for the food being delivered. He just sat it there for the food to stay out allnight long. To add on, the store would not pick after calling multiple times. This is poor service and poor character of foodservice delivery. Read more
Always good service. I pick up because its just easier. The food is what you expect from a chain pizza store. That is not a bad... thing when you are in the mood for it. The quality is usually good. The ease of ordering with the app is what makes it all worthwhile. Read more

Took around a 6 month break from ordering from this dominos because of issues on nearly every order. Nothing has changed. To... watch the tracker sit on "quality control check" for over 30 minutes and receive a pizza missing 2 of 3 toppings, missingtoppings on sandwich, and chicken burnt to an inedible crisp- it's extremely frustrating. The same quality control andmanagerial issues exist as always. The manager doesn't care. Double check the order and don't send food out that isn't up toyour company's standards. It's simple.
