Wish there were more locations around Philly metro area. They are known for their tasty smash burgers and creamy soft-serve... custard. They do not have a huge variation of burger like some places. Food is always delicious, very polite staff and prices are average with other competitors. I just saw a recent review about a... seasonal concrete being $2 more than advertised so I had to check it out because that sounded a little crazy.... they areliterally 20 cents additional before tax. Maybe the extra 0 was an accident? Unless that flavor is on the menu with the otheroptions and not labeled as a limited time then its possible it could be a different price. Quality continues to degrade with every visit. Just went thru the drive thru for my usual cheeseburger combo and when I opened... my burger 2 miles down the road saw that NO BUN was included. Seriously? I have to make a point to tell them to include a bunnow? The fries used to hot & crisp but were soggy. The lemonade is now nothing but water with a touch of pink dye. I had a great experience here!! The store was clean and outside seating was provided. The manager was very friendly and allowed... us to try their fresh made ice cream when he overheard it was our first time. Decent enough fast food, definitely unique compared to the major chains like mickyDs, bk, Wendy's etc. This is more on par w... five guys & burger but it does have its own flair. The steakburgers and super skinny shoestring fries are interesting, Ipersonally liked them but I could see how they might not be everyone's taste. The desserts are good too, a nice variety. Myfamily dined in a few times and hit the drive through once while on vaca near this location. It gets very busy at times so thatmust mean it's a popular local spot. Save your money and go to 5 Guys. Took the family here. I ordered the spicy burger but it didn?t have jalapeños like the... description- and so when I asked, they said they ran out. (They could?ve informed me). I ate it anyways so as not to waste it.My kids were unimpressed. The patties were thin and dry. We all agreed, the place seems trendy, but we won?t be back. Read more
