Clean establishment with great customer service. We ordered the Italian and Oven Roasted Turkey and American Cheese. We traveled... an hour to try this place and it did not disappoint. We ordered ours to go with the condiments on the side and the hoagies werejust as delicious the second day as they were the first. The meats and cheeses were sliced fresh and thin. Next time we willplan better so we can eat there and try their cheesesteaks which smelled and looked delicious. Read more
Decided to try this place yesterday with my boyfriend. Christos, his girlfriend and his mom were awesome! They all were so... passionate about their place and their product. My boyfriend spent 20 minutes talking to Christos like they?ve known each otherfor years and I spent 20 minutes talking to his mom and she was so refreshing to talk to! My boyfriend ordered the PepperoniCheesesteak and I got the Old Fashioned Italian hoagie. Hands down, we both agreed, they were the best we?ve ever had! The OldBay crinkle fries with cheese whiz were amazing too!! He even threw in two cheesecake swirl brownies for us to try and they werethe perfect ending to a perfect meal! We plan to come back again, and probably very frequently! It was truly a great experienceall around! You felt like a part of the ?Lorenzo Steaks? family from the time you walked in and you can tell they take greatpride in their product and the food is made with the customer in mind! The wait staff is friendly and quick. The cheesesteak subs were fresh, overstuffed, and delicious! The owner chatted with my... husband and I. He made us feel welcomed and appreciated. Different Cheesesteak #934 in the last 4 years. Guest Eaters Amigo Dan and Wingman Eric. New owner Chris is doing a great job... at Lorenzo?s Steaks on the east Side of West Chester. Plain roll, a very good Corropolese roll but plain. Rib eye, I think itis a touch thicker slice. You can really taste the meat. Chris uses New Yorker American cheese. It is a little creamier. Hemelts some on the meat and then puts a couple slices on top. Very good amount and melt of the cheese. My favorite thing. Hegives the onions and mushrooms a chance to enhance the flavor of the meat. The absolute best cheesesteak in westchester. Flavorful meat, perfect blend of cheese, and a great roll. Portions are huge and... high quality, usually a place with these portions have poor quality, not here. Just an excellent spot for cheesesteaks andHoagies. Terrific customer service.
