I give 3 stars only because I really like the staff. I would give it 0 stars for food quality. Pictured is another danish I... threw out the window because it was very stale. The day before I broke a fork trying to cut one. I can?t get past an employeehandling and packaging this and thinking it?s ok to eat. It just crumbled in my hands. Someone needs to QC the orders before delivery. For the cost, accuracy matters. Missing items, incorrect order and no... accountability. Managers there should step up and require some level of basic service. Read more
Absolutely horrible service. I come here almost ever day for coffee before work and get the same thing every time. The service... before already wasnt the best but today was truly atrocious. They made my $2 coffee wrong and it barely had any coffee in it.I went back through the drive through and was told to go to 2nd window. Standing there was a rude and combative woman who wasprobably the shift lead or manager. She was disgustingly rude and didn't want to remake my coffee, mocking me about how I waswrong. After being horribly mean AND THEN offering to make my drink, I told her no. I'm simply never coming back. I'll go toStarbucks where the staff if polite, and GLADLY pay more for a drink. When your drink is made wrong, all they have to do isremake it, it's simple. It's a $2 coffee and if it breaks your heart to admit you made it wrong, then you don't need to beworking. Read more
You guys have really gone downhill! You have lowered your standards so much! Your fries are NEVER FRESH!!!! EVER!!!! Tell me how... Went to that location because it?s was the closet from the kids football tournament field, so we need something to put in the... stomach in between game. The inside look good and clean except a couple of table that was not clean and some trash under a tablefrom a customer a guess! We got in and order our food , one was the regular slushy.The store was not so clean but they have alot of employe in the back chatting. First they serve the meal and forgot the slushy! I ask for it and When the slushy came itwas more like a half water and half melted frozen ice. We ask for a new one and the ?short lady in blue?Manila something likethat I forgot her name.She ad some kind of attitude and I explain to her that the baby don?t want the slushy because it lookmelted and not like a slushy! I told her that I?m a customer and just want what I paid for! To make it short I request a Fantainstead! After giving me the Fanta she went in the back and start talking about me to the other crew members in Spanish(Marthaand 3 others), too bad for her she didn?t know that as an immigrant myself I speak and understand Spanish. I think McDonaldshould train their staff at that location about good customer service by teaching them how to be respectful and professional!I?m pretty sure we gonna have to be In that area several time this upcoming season, but I don?t think we will go to thatlocation ever again. I only buy sodas there because it's about $1.25. I learned recently that two main ingredients in their food is chemicals & fat.... I watch that in the news. I did get the cheap chicken sandwich, because it is free when I buy a soda. Now I don't have thesandwich anymore. I never like their fries or any food, because it has a bad taste. Last time I went here, I ordered online and there was a big issue. I arrived and gave the order number. They had issues... looking for this, even when the order number is on the big screen behind them. After about 10+ minutes they said that the orderwas given to someone else. No apology or compassion on this. After another 7 minutes, my order (short 1 large fry add on withthe online order) they say to me "here is your order". No sorry or any apology. Not even a free burger for the inconvenience. I worked in the food service for 15+ years and this is not how to run a shift. This was not a lunch rush all hands-on deck time(3:40pm Sunday). Next time, I will go to Wendys. Never an issue with them. Read more
