I went to pick up an order and it was made incorrectly. They gave me a free drink while I waited so that was nice.
Pizza sauce was a little too sweet this time for some reason , prices were a bit too high but foods not too bad.
If negative stars was possible that's what i would give!! I Ordered through grubhub and got my food but the store sent the wrong... order. So I called the store to get the order corrected. Soon as i mentioned my order was wrong, the apparent manager of thestore puts me on hold immediately for over 30mins!! to the point I had to hang up and call back multiple times in hopes someonewould pick up and actually provide customer service. Finally got through and as I was explaining my frustration.. this so calledmanager cuts me off, tells me that he doesn't have time for my complaint and literally hangs up on me! A paying customer! Whatkind of business are they running here?! Terrible! This is the last time I'm ordering from this place, manager needs to bereplaced! Read more
I placed an order at 704pm with the website stating 29-39 minutes. At 745 the website stated it had been delivered. My driver... didn't arrive until 819 and had 4 orders in his car and couldn't find mine in any of the bags. Even if you're slammed and shortstaffed I've never had a driver show up without my food. First time ordering from this place and 2 hours to get a pizza for anestimated 39 minutes is absolute trash. Read more
Zero stars. This place is terrible! Manager needs to be replaced! A lot of similar complaints here! Waited over two hours, and... when we called, we were told they had called us (they did not) and it was our fault for not answering the phone. "Manager" toldus he "didn't have time for our complaint ". Eat elsewhere. If the Manager isn't replaced and things continue this way, thestore won't be open much longer anyway. Read more
Visit for pickup was fine and brief..was actually greeted by a young boy that was maybe the store owners son or relative when I... entered and was caught off guard when he said, "Welcome to Papa John's, we'll be with you in a minute sir!" It was a prettycool moment because it said alot about the type of person the owner or whoever of the store. Never too young to teach and moldthe youth about how to be courteous to customers in that kind of business. Great job and kudos to the parent/relative thatshowed that kid. Delivery driver was very rude and after the distasteful encounter I called the store and the customer service was poor! The... level of unprofessional, disrespect they have was very strong. My order was wrong pizza was not thin crust and employee startedlying about the managers name when I asked and didn?t give her name either. This store just lost a loyal customer and we willtake our money to a different store! West Chester needs to do better with the people they hire are getting worse by the day.Just needs to shut down like the raggedy Pizza Hut ! Read more
