I?m no stranger to Vietnamese food, I?ve eaten at high and low-end places. I have to say, this restaurant?s pho is great. I... spiced up my broth with some fish sauce and asked for extra green onions, cilantro, and jalapeños. My mouth is watering justthinking about it! The beef tendon and cooked beef were delicious in the broth and the noodles were tender and well-cooked. It?san hour away from me, and I can?t wait to go back again. Also, I recommend their coffee. The beef should not be served. It is so overcooked. The meatballs are like rubber and the "brisket?" --is all fatty shoe... leather. The broth is delish though! Gotta prep the meat better, guys! Read more

This was my first Vietnamese food experience. The restaurant was nice and clean. The staff was helpful in explaining the menu.... However, I soon realized that Vietnamese food was bland and tasteless. I will not be going back. It's a matter of taste. Read more
