I?m no stranger to Vietnamese food, I?ve eaten at high and low-end places. I have to say, this restaurant?s pho is great. I... spiced up my broth with some fish sauce and asked for extra green onions, cilantro, and jalapeños. My mouth is watering justthinking about it! The beef tendon and cooked beef were delicious in the broth and the noodles were tender and well-cooked. It?san hour away from me, and I can?t wait to go back again. Also, I recommend their coffee.
