Closed 10 minutes early, told me to F off, and then laughed at me when I walked out. Absolutely horrible service! The morning... shift is so sweet but the night shift are the rudest people I?ve ever met. Hope they get what?s coming to them. Read more

Didn't know a Starbucks even had the option to refuse to American Express. One extra star since I learned something new.

The lines are RIDICULOUSLY long, all of the time. Expect to wait over 30 mins to put an order in. Expecting to grab a quick cup... of coffee before your class? Literally forget about it? Having an hour in between classes and stopping by for a drink, just torush or be late to my next class is not it! I understand that it?s on a college campus and there?s large masses to serve, however there needs to be a better system, more staff, and staff that actually moves with a purpose. Read more

The workers are so poorly trained that they don't know that frappuccinos get whipped cream, which is pretty sad. I've been here... a few times now, and yeah the lines are long, but it's on a college campus, so that's kind of assumed. Read more

Pros: Lively atmosphere, nice music, good menu variety. Cons: Long line, ALWAYS. Workers are always swamped and overwhelmed This... causes orders to be sloppy and not even be the correct item you ordered. Seen workers not wear gloves when handling pastries, and throw straws or coffee koozies at people instead if handing it to them. Not friendly or pleasant service. The absolute bareminimum. Read more

This Starbucks encompasses none of what makes Starbucks a pleasurable experience, except for having decent seating. There's no... mobile ordering available, no wifi, and no refills on iced coffees and teas at this Starbucks location. Along with the nonexistent pros that make Starbucks an enjoyable destination, this Starbucks also employs the most incompetent baristas I've evercome across. On average, one drink is served per minute, which means if there're 20-30 people ahead of you in line, you'lllikely wait 20-30 minutes for your drink, which is ludicrous, and only magnifies the need for mobile ordering to be available atthis location to speed up the ordering process. This is by far the worst cafe I've been to thus far. Read more
