I couldn\'t believe that the dog-friendly room we rented was so beautiful!. Big gas fireplace, high end furnishings, huge... windows, large bathroom, French doors that opened onto a private patio, and the room was very big. The service was exceptional.We were able to have a cooked to order breakfast delivered right to our room. The food was absolutely delicious. The grounds arespacious and well-kept. The end is just a couple of miles from Brattleboro and from the beautiful Chesterfield Gorge. I willdefinitely be recommending the Inn to my friends and family! Thank you for a wonderful weekend! Wife and I were looking for a quite little place for our anniversary. We decided on the Chesterfield Inn. The room was very... clean, spacious and the gas fire place on a timer was awesome. I reserved outside dinning in the evening in advance. When we gotthere they offered us blankets to keep us warm since it was a bit cold outside. They even offered to sit us inside as well. Whatcan I say we took the blankets as I thought that was a great idea. The food was excellent as well. I ordered breakfast the nightbefore to he delivered to our room in the morning. Which I enjoyed very much. I?d definitely recommend the Chesterfield Inn toany couple that wants a quite get away from all the madness this world is offering right now. Read more
Chesterfield Inn is a lovely location for a Wedding or vacation. My fiancee & I searched endlessly for a Wedding location... suitable for 50 or less & this fit the bill! The Inn is charming & elegant surrounded by the beautiful views of the Vermontmountain range. Cuisine is excellent ???? & the rooms are cozy ...beds included! Our guests we\'re thrilled & expressed ravingreviews. The professionalism of owner & Innkeeper Judy Hueber was consistent in communication & availability throughout theWedding process. The Chesterfield Inn is really special. This is a charming and delightful country inn. The room was spacious and nicely... furnished. Dinner on the patio was a delight -- both the view and the food. Breakfast (which is included) was really generousand delicious. Theresa, who greeted us when we arrived, was warm and friendly. Awesome place, would highly recommend! We stayed here in a double queen with our two kids (4m and 4y/o) and the place was... fantastic. The staff was so friendly during the whole stay. The room was one of the cleanest of any that I have stayed in andhad enough room for a pull out bed for the 4y/o. Loved the flexibility to have breakfast in the room or dining room depending onhow the kids were doing. Speaking of breakfast, it was awesome. Fresh baked muffins that were the best I have had every morningwith some great choices. At the end of the night, the room was close enough to the restaurant to go to after we had the kidsdown to grab a couple drinks watching the monitor. Read more
The Chesterfield Inn is my ?go to? destination whenever I need a getaway. It is an easy drive from where I live in New England... and consistently provides comfortable, inviting accommodations and upscale amenities. Spending time in this lovely country innis a true stress reducer for me. Rather than staying in the main inn, I typically select one of their pet friendly guest suiteseven though I don?t travel with a pet. These rooms feature a king bed, private outside entrance, private terrace, and gasfireplace. The staff members are immensely helpful and are genuinely gracious when dealing with guests. Having a restauranton the premises is also a definite plus and both breakfast and dinner can be delivered to your room. Service is impeccable andthe menu specials are updated daily. Read more
I stayed here for a wedding in Keene and could not recommend this Inn enough. Everyone working the front desk was so kind and... helpful. The rooms are gorgeous - ours had a small deck and fireplace. Super cozy, clean and comfortable. I think they even havedog friendly rooms! We had dinner at the Inn\'s restaurant - our waitress was fabulous with such helpful recommendations andvegetarian accommodations. The food was amazing! This is a must for a New England weekend getaway. Looking forward to returning. Read more
A group of us visits this Inn twice a year for a retreat. The Inn is so lovely with super clean rooms and all of the things... that make a trip special. The breakfasts are a real treat; not your typical B&B but a full meal with many options available. The dinner menu changes with the seasons and always has a great selection to choose from. I have never been disappointed withany of my choices and the desserts are divine!\n\nThe owner and all of the staff are super friendly and helpful.
