I've eaten, and loved dominos in many states. However, this food was trash. I was willing to try again and attribute poor food... quality to the delivery time, but after reading the comments and realizing it wasn't just me; I've changed my mind. This oneisn't the dominos you're looking for. 1star Update: apparently they've had a management change or something because the pizzais fire now. I went back some months later for a last minute dinner hail Mary and the pizza was a hit. I've been back a fewtimes after that and the good pizza was consistent. Well done. 4stars Read more
Last time I ordered (a month or so ago) they accidentally forgot my sauce but they made sure to write it in their notes. I... totally understand life happens so I wasnt really upset, my pizza was delicious. When I called in a order today Robby gave me mysauces that were owed and was very efficient in taking my order and delivering it all. Great service under new management! Read more
It was so busy!! Yet I was waited on immediately! Each person was busy either with a customer or preparing orders. I was... extremely impressed with a young man who was busy doing everything! He had taken my order and then immediately startedpreparing. As the food was coming out of oven... he switched gears and started pulling out pizzas and cutting and boxing. He wasnonstop!! Was smiling and chatting with other team members and making sure all was getting taken care of. I had order 3 pizzasand the bread curls and my family absolutely loved every piece!! This is the first time going to this Dominoes and willcertainly be back! Oh and I asked for the young mans name and was told it was Jimmy! The worst delivery experience I've ever had. Placed an order at 7:55 and was told it would be 23-33 minutes. Waited til 9:05 and... decided to give a call to see what happened. I'll leave out all the boring details but the person on the phone was very rude. Heexplained that he had lost a driver and was stuck with one. OK, I'm a reasonable person and things happen. No problem, when willthe pizza be here? Is it still hot, or is it an hour or more old? He answers with "Uh, I don't know, I guess I'll have to check.I may have to remake it, because who cares about wasting food, right?" I was very confused, did this suddenly become my fault? Icompletely understand things happen, but to treat your customers like that is exactly how you get people to get frustrated andnot want to ever come back. Read more
