This locations says 24 hour drive thru but if you go any time after 10pm they will tell you through the drive thru that they are... closed. An actual person will tell you through the box that they are closed. Which is just not true. This happens REGULARLY.This is one of the worst McDonalds locations you will ever come across. They were so rude! I was waiting for 30mins and they completely ignored my existence. So I called them on the phone to get their... attention. On the third call they finally picked up. They said, Hi this is Dunkin?. I called back to reassure them that theplace they were working at was not Dunkin?. They kept hanging up every time I tried to say something. Finally around the 7thcall I told them to stop lying and asked them why there signs and website all said they where open 24 hours. They seemed asannoyed as I was at this point and yelled at me through the phone saying to stop calling and to come back when it was open andthat could go without eating for a few hours. Management needs to get it together! Turn the lights off, change the websitehours, and change your 24 hour signs if you aren?t going to be open. Read more

Worst unapologetic associates I have ever experienced. They clearly have no structure or process and run the place however they... see fit. The equipment is always broken, last night the soda machine was broken, previously the ice cream machine was broken. Iwas told since soda machine was down I had to go inside. Once inside the staff was to busy socializing and didn?t greet or takeorder until well into 4 minutes. No apology or thanking for business. The dine in area was gross. Tables and floors with spillsand garbage. The trash bins overfilled. Than to top it off the staff left bread outside near a wheelbarrow where they placegarbage that has to be thrown out. Read more
McDonalds HQ Restaurant was a wonderful experience. I brought my daughter and her friend age 10 to see the headquarters and... experience international foods from McDonalds. They were literally ?lovin it? Take the time visit and enjoy. The staff wasawesome! Read more
Rt. 64 and 59 McDonald is much quicker. Go to that one of you have the chance. Slowest McDonald I ever been to. Took almost 10... mins to get egg mcmuffin with only 1 other car in the drive-thru. Read more
