Had 2 orders 205 and 1603. Both orders were wrong and cold. My family couldn't even eat together because they screwed up both... orders. They didn't seem to care either. The order 205 every burger was wrong. Order 1603 was served cold and the nuggetswere disgusting as well as the fries and they didn't give me my chicken sandwich. Then when I finally got it,it was wrong andthere was like no chicken it was all breading. I ended up with half a bun left with nothing but a tomato.By far my worstMcDonald's experience ever. Over labor day weekend, this was a semi-busy restaurant. We received our food at a normal pace and sat down to eat. The bun of... the cheeseburger was very hard- top and bottom. The French fries were over cooked and just barely warm to the touch. My sonasked for a small cup of mac sauce to dip his fries in and they had no clue what he was asking for. The kicker however, was thedog running around the indoor playground! The restaurant was dirty, most tables were dirty and spilled cup and liquid on floorin playground area. I will not return there. Been a monthly drive-through customer since pandemic. Last 2 visits had very poor service with last time shorted item and hockey... puck 1/4 pounder. Very poor response by manager to try and resolve. Won't be back. Read more
As with most McDonald?s the service is fast and the staff is lively. In most cases the staff makes you feel welcome and always... has a smile on. In their favor, it was busy and they handled it great. Lots of kids, and they were everywhere. My food was hotand tasted fresh and the staff were friendly. The quickest service I've ever experienced from a fast food. Managers are supernice and treat their employees well. And the best thing which i noticed that they taking very much safety and cleanliness. Greatlocation with very affordable prices! Could not ask for more. Read more
Although this place was very clean and relatively remodeled, I can't but complain of the food being cold. Every sing French fry... was cold every nugget was mildly warm, seems they were understaffed or so, but they also lack in wanting to take you order. Theyhave some sign on the front of the cash register encouraging you to place your order in the kiosk and is one is not enough theyhave 2 signs and the person who was hovering near by just gave us the look of -go away-. Thus I must say this place may havegotten a renovation well improved it look, but the lack of service is utterly disappointing. Read more
This is one of the quickest McDonalds I?ve ever been!!! Ordered several times: quick, fast, and fresh.
It?s September 11th and we stoped by for a quick dinner and also to get the kids entertained but it happens that the PlayPlace... is closed but outside they have a big banner stating that it?s open , so long story short if it happens that you stop by to keepthe kid busy be sure that the playplace it?s open otherwise just use the drive-thru Read more
Super slow service. They were more interested in their personal conversations than helping customers. 5-7 minutes before our... order was taken. No one ahead of us, and when we parked, no one in the drive thru. The food did come out hot and fresh, so Ican't complain there. They claimed there was no 20-piece nugget meal.
