Never order from here. I?ve made the mistake twice and each time the pizza has taken longer than their estimated time frame. I... don?t mind waiting a while and expect to but don?t deliver me a cold pizza after over an hour when you told me 35mins. The storedoesn?t answer the phone either. It took me 3 attempts to get through to the store. I love their pizza but this location is amess. Won?t be getting anymore business from me. Ordered at 5:11 out for delivery at 5:24. By far the worst excuse for a Pizza Hut in the history of Pizza Hut. Let?s start with the ridiculous drive thru window only pick... up. If there are 8 cars ahead of you, and there were this evening, I promise you. your pizza will be stone cold. It wouldn?tcost anymore labor to have indoor pick up. No dining, just pick up. After arriving to this location on time I waited over 20 minin line for my pickup at the window. The crew member had zero personality. The very moment I was handed the pizza I knew it wasgoing to be bad. Didn?t even feel luke warm. My 4 min drive home was met with cold burnt pizza and breadsticks that were notcut. The only good part of the order was the Pepsi and they had nothing to do with making that. Two emails to corporate assuredme that the franchise owner would reach out to me. Never happened. I?ll never return to this location. I realize that everyoneis short staffed. But if your so busy you drop your standards right into the toilet maybe try halting orders until you canproduce a product worth eating. Take fewer orders so everyone has a good experience. Read more

We ordered delivery waited for an hour and a half when we had no pizza we tried to call but no answer. We had to drive to the... store to find out where our pizza was. I will never order from you guys again. To do better deliver when you say a pizza will bedelivered or call to let your customers know your going to be an hour late. Read more

I placed an order online and I went to pickup order and they claim they did not receive the order. Per my bank account they are... still taking payment, I tried calling the store but they do not answer the phone calls and just hang up. I tried calling PizzaHut online for them to cancel the payment from being deducted from my account and they said my order did go through and said Ihave to call the store, I explained that they don?t pick up their phones and asked them to transfer to someone that picks up atthe store. They assured me they would make sure someone picked up but they just transferred and they did not pick up again andgot disconnected both times I called the Pizza Hut customer service line. They have bad customer service, did not resolveanything. I didn?t get my food and my bank account is being deducted for payment for food I did not get. Read more

I have had good and bad services. Today 12/8/2020 the girl/women who answered was really nice. When we went through the drive... thru she was also really nice. I think they might have been under staffed. The pizza dough was a little raw today when I ate athome. I?m guessing they where in a hurry today (12/08/2020), had a lot of orders, under staffed. Maybe that?s the reason ourpizza was a little under cooked. But overall their service is good. Read more
