Very disappointed. I got there at 9:10 pm and was told they are closed. As I was driving out the drive through, I saw a car... getting their food. I parked and looked at the hours and saw they close at 10pm. I went around and was told they were open butonly have few chicken since they were done cooking. The worst Popeyes I have ever been to. The food looks old, it's cold and hard, barely cooked, and some things are over cooked.... Not even the spicy chicken sandwich could save it. The biscuit and fries are just as horrible. Will never return. Also the stafflook like they don't care to be there or help you. Read more

This location typically has good food, and I eat here often. However, I got food poisoning from here and had to go to the... immediate care. I was going to complain about a few other things, but what's the point after you get food poisoning. Read more

Received Shrimp that was cold, burned, dry, and hard. I assume it was left over from the lunch rush. Came thru the drive thru at... 3 pm. Terrible ! Conversely, chicken sandwiches have always been great. ??????? Who watches over food that should be tossed, andnot sold? Read more

This place is a joke, went there today at 2pm to be told sorry we are closed. Time before got a raw chicken patty on the chicken... sandwich. Time before didn?t get the order even close to what I ordered. Learned my lesson not to go there. Read more

Not that I have a problem with bilingual individuals but this took the cake. She kept yelling to the drive thru person to... translate our entire order. Then told us AFTER we paid that in order to order anything else in cash we needed exact change. Thecustomer prior paid in cash and didn't have that issue nor was told they had to pay exact change. Then couldn't tell us orwouldn't, who knows, the managers name or the store number or the corporate number. Read more

Drive thru was closed. Went inside thinking they were low staffed. There were 3 different people with headsets on, all of them... were standing around chatting. We ordered and our food came out super quick. Got home and 2 whole sandwiches were missing,partly on us because we didn?t check the bag before we left (we shouldn't have to). They didn?t answer the phone when we calledabout the missing sandwiches so we went back. We showed the receipt to the girl at the counter who had previously pack our(incorrect) order who was about to argue about the missing items. We got our sandwiches and left without an apology. Overall,very poor, lazy customer service. Sandwich is great but I can?t shake the bad taste of the customer service. Read more
