Just had the worst service. We waited in line for 30 mins in the drive thru, which I understand since they were very busy.... However, by time we got to order, the screen wasn?t on so we pulled up to the window to order and she told us our total which Itold her, ?we did not order yet because nobody said anything at the drive thru intercom/speaker.? She said ?oh well can you pullaround and get back in line?? Which I said, we have been in line for 30 mins. She said, I don?t know what to say, but you haveto get back in line.? She did apologize once but that?s just ridiculous. You?re telling me I waited in line for 30 mins for themto tell me to get back in line to order??? Read more

The workers are very freindly and they always make my coffee really fast. When I want a place to just relax and use my laptop I... always come to this Starbucks. Their coffee is pretty excellent but it's really good. If you don't like coffee I recommend thatyou get the reshreshers. Read more

I enjoy going to Starbucks and the staff are always nice but this one staff, I believe her name was Megan, was rude to me that... one day. She got mad that I didn't let her know beforehand that I needed to re-load my card and then says "I've been here for 9years. I know what I'm doing." Which I understand, but sounds like you're not too happy... Read more

I?ve had much, much better service at every other Starbucks location I?ve been to. I paid for extra salted caramel cold foam in... my drink and the cup was handed to me 2/3 full. I asked if they could fill it up as I PAID for the extra cold foam, and thebarista (Sydney) told me she that she already gave me extra. To fill it to the top, I?d have to pay even more, another $2. Eventhough I already paid for extra cold foam? just terrible customer service. I will definitely not be going back and urge you toavoid this location as well. Less than 5 minutes north on Rt. 59 is another location. Get your Starbucks fix there instead. Read more

I would go to this Starbucks almost every morning on my way to work. I got familiar with the morning staff and they are just... wonderful! The drive through line was so fast and my drink was ready and exactly how I liked it every single time. If you?relooking for a super quick Starbucks with well made drinks, THIS location is the one. Lauren, specifically, was amazing! Shemakes the customers feel really special. Lauren, if you?re reading this, you made my mornings awesome! Thank you for knowing itwas me at the drive through, morning chit chat, and even writing nice notes on my cup! No barista will EVER live up to Lauren ?the coffee queen!!!! Miss you, girl ??????
