Absolutely the worst wing stop around. Managers never paying attention to customers , many orders in the rack and they just walk... out and smoke , walking right past the orders , laughing and joking in the back just completely ignoring food that is ready..,constantly long waits when food is actually ready , hands down the worst experience ever and I will never go back. This place doesn?t deserve 5 stars im sorry I ordered buffalo fries and ended up pulling a long hair out my mouth and found... another in the basket of fries, and when I called to tell them I asked for a manager and the girl that answered was unbotheredand didn?t care to be honest and just told me I can give you credit for next time or refund and just hung up I didn?t even havea chance to answer her or say anything at that. This is my favorite place. Ever since we moved into this area, this place has become our favorite and never disappointed us with... the food or their customer service. I feel like a lot of these bad reviews are just entitled and disrespectful people. They take a little long and all but they are... always understaffed the pay is probably not the greatest. There's only one person here on 12/19/2021. While multiple angrycustomers are banging on the door(it's locked) he also looked very young He's trying his best and deserves recognition! A goodbonus forsure! And that other Hispanic man who's here ever day I forgot his name but he's always there too! Some lady showed upand the empoyee opened the door. Any who if the owner would pay more there would be more staff. It just says a lot about theowner. I feel for the employees I would've quit if I was in his position.
