Can?t get an order correct to save their lives. I paid for a Prime Rib Cheesesteak meal and got a Greek Gyro instead. I tried... calling the restaurant to speak with someone about it but the line stayed busy for over an hour. The management should beashamed of this location. Food was less than expected. See pic. Sandwich was nasty, greasy, and the bread nearly as soggy and with that same texture as... the greasy meat and cheese. $11.11 was truly too much. Stay home and make it better yourself and save the money. Drive throughservice. Server was dismissive and almost closed the window far too quickly. Me and my mother was in the Cayce neighborhood and grabbed a quick bite too eat at Arby's on last ???? Friday 3/4/2022 and my... mother ordered a Turkey and Bacon Ranch Sandwich and I ordered the Classic Roast Beef Sandwich with a 6 piece Mozzarella Stickswith 2 Marinara Dipping Sauces and large Coca-Cola with my meal and we both ???? everything. On Friday July 7/15/2022. Worse service I have ever gotten. 5 people behind me in line got their order was out and gone. I had to ask what happened to... my order. Finally got mind and it wasn?t like I ordered. I ordered two roast beef and a large curly fries. They left off thespecial Red Sauce and the curly fries was nothing but small broken pieces. I then asked for a printed receipt and couldn?t dothat either, said the printer was broken. Need some decent help quick and not that courteous. Read more
Ordered a half pound roast beef and cheddar meal, made it all the way home to see there was no red sauce or cheddar just plain... roast beef and a bun. Will not come back to this place. Read more
