Had to do take out on Sunday november 20th 2022 because the dining rooms not open Whats up with that ? This is by far the worst Bojangles in South Carolina. Their credit card machine is broken 33% of the time. The wait for... breakfast is ridiculous and this morning all lights are on but there?s no one even there. I will not waste my time with thislocation ever again! Read more
place was absolutely busy as it could be at that time of day for breakfast. The drive-thru was wrapped around the whole... establishment, but that didn't stop the staff from being A1. 9:20 am: arrive at packed Drive-Thru 9:35 am: Place simple order 9:45 am: Pulled out card to pay only to get told their machine... has been down all morning and I have wasted all this time for nothing. Poor customer service skills. There is no reason thatyou shouldn't put a note on the drive-thru or simply explain at the ordering device that you cannot take card. Please train youremployees better. Doors locked at 2PM on a Friday. What a joke of an establishment. I was on the road from California to South Carolina for days... sitting down, so when I got to my hotel starving I decided I wanted to walk the 2 miles to stretch my legs. After I walk upthere, I pull on both doors on each side and they were locked. You?re better off eating at the gas station. At least it?s open. Read more
Food was fresh and hot. Service was bad in regards with having to wait as well as two other customers were waiting as well. They... weren't even busy. I had to wait 5 minutes and it was even a special order. The other customers were waiting for at least threeminutes. Read more
