Worst service EVER! I was in the drive thru at 2pm today-only one other car was ahead of me. After a LONG wait to finally give... my order, the employee on the other end was either was half deaf, could not understand english, or the speaker system wasdefective. To top it all off, they would not accept a $100 or $50 bill at the window so I had to leave. WHY IS THIS BK EVENOPEN?? I hope the owner is aware of this- Totally ridiculous! Placed a mobile order at around 10:45 pm. When arrived at restaurant 2 minutes later i found out they closed early (supposed to... be open til midnight). Was a pain they didnt notify corporate because mobiles still were able to be placed. All you can do isreport they are closed but still will take days to get refund or even a response from corporate. I havent had burger king inyears and i don?t plan on trying it again now after this experience. Read more
This is the only burger king on my way to work, and I love burger king, but this location I usually think twice before stopping... at. Today I decided to try it again, and it is different staff then I saw awhile back, they were nice and got me through theline much faster. Definitely has improved. Only advice I give to this BK, change your grease more often, you can tell if thegrease hasn?t been changed as it should , changes the taste of the food. Read more
Honestly if I could give zero stars I would. This place has the worse customer service Ever!!! Everytime we come to this burger... king they are always out of something. Came the other week and they are suppose to be open @ 6am. I was here at 9am and the guyRandy came out and said they weren't open cause they got to work late. I tried to give a second chance but there is noimprovement. From here on out my large family and I will be going elsewhere for breakfast. I dont expect the best but somewould be nice. Absolutely the worst burger king I've ever been to, food all over the place, flies everywhere, dirty used face masks on the... floor, shoe prints on table, just down right filthy. Read more

I just want to share that I gave a 3? review because I am weighing my overall experience. It is very hit or miss here. Some... days, feel like the employees hate the fact that they are working and other days you feel that they are proud of their job.Today was a day that I received bad service and food that had been sitting. I'm pretty sure that BK is supposed to be made toorder. Well, my food was definitely not and to boot, the person whomever took my order was rude. Why do I keep going? Because Ilike Whoppers!
