Unhealthy, went a couple of weeks ago and the employees look so unprofessional with white t-shirts no one had on a BK... uniform. On my recent visit someone marked the paper my sandwich was wrapped in and it went through on my bread, when I toldthem all they did was change the bun like I couldn't tell. Regional managers please visit your stores to regulate and makechanges. Get rid of the children who don't care and is only there for the $$. Different crew, same bad service. After ordering a whopper medium meal the cashier proudly declareds my total is Eleven... Dollars and Fifty Five Cents! I look up at the menu I just order off of and ask her how does a $8.43 meal jumps to Eleven Dollarand Fifty Five Cents? She says that's what's on here pointing to the cash register, I point to the menu above her head and tellher that says $8.43. She replies I ain't arguing with you and begins to walk off, I tell her to send me a manager. She walksto the drive thru and spends a significant amount of time talking to the manager, and the sends to me. I tell the manager whathappened and she states they haven't change the menu yet. I tell I care not what the cash register says the price on the menu is$8.43. She relents and rings up a Whopper Jr but gives me a regular Whopper. After the cook states "y'all working me to much"but after all that I bite into the burger..... sushi would have been warmer. The place was not clean, flys every where. Went there to order food, it was 3 employees there, they had customers in the lobby wanting to order, they felt it was best to... sit outside and talk instead of taking our order. Don?t go here, the service is horrible Read more
Ah idk what or why this particular one or at this time frame wasn't what I have any other places. I really think the employees... are not putting or giving an ???? like they should. Big disappointment on one of my favorite fast food restaurants. SMH Theburger ???? was okay but fries ???? were not fresh at all. Again big let down ???? Read more
ordered a veggie burger...which is on their menu...& they literally gave me a bun with just lettuce & tomato on it ????. it took... 15 min just to get a bun w this on it & my childrens 2 kid meals. they were not busy. i took my ?veggie bun? to the counter &told the manager & she said she would fix it. another 5 min later they tell me they are completely out of veggie patties. ihighly appreciate the manager for giving me a full refund without me even asking, 5 stars for her as a person...but ONE STAR forthe lack of inventory, lack of smiles & lack of speed. the cook was moving slow as christmas & didnt give a care in the worldfor any of the customers waiting on anything. unacceptable & unprofessional. So slow unless u order with mobile app then u can get there terrible food pretty quick
