Every single time I come you literally have to place your order online. Such an inconvenience go elsewhere please. They don?t... even acknowledge you and make you aware that it can only be placed online. Just look at you with an attitude. Read more
It is absolutely absurd that they won't take a walk in order. I should not have to call in an order or download an app to place... an order which will then sit there for who knows how long. Get it together chipotle, you are crapping on your customers whowant to walk in, order and walk out with fresh food. We check out this location every once in a while and are always disappointed. Today, the chips were stale, the salsa tasted old,... my burrito was 90% rice (which I'm not confident had cilantro or lime) and the ingredients were haphazardly distributedthroughout the burrito. I forgot I had gotten lettuce till I got towards the end and found it. The only thing worth getting isthe guac and sometimes that's old too.
