It is absolutely absurd that they won't take a walk in order. I should not have to call in an order or download an app to place... an order which will then sit there for who knows how long. Get it together chipotle, you are crapping on your customers whowant to walk in, order and walk out with fresh food. We check out this location every once in a while and are always disappointed. Today, the chips were stale, the salsa tasted old,... my burrito was 90% rice (which I'm not confident had cilantro or lime) and the ingredients were haphazardly distributedthroughout the burrito. I forgot I had gotten lettuce till I got towards the end and found it. The only thing worth getting isthe guac and sometimes that's old too. Was so excited when I walked into the Sunset Blvd, W Columbia location and not only was there no one in line but 2 young ladies... standing there doing nothing but waiting to take orders. When I ordered a chicken quesadilla, they smiled and said they only dothose online. this is the 2nd and last ridiculous experience I have had now at Chipotle's. In March I went to the one on GervaisStreet and was told I had to wait to place my entire order because the quesadilla grill was already in use and had to allow atleast 10 people to go around me. When I finally was allowed to place the order they were out of something that was part of theorder. I was about to leave when a woman from the kitchen told it would be ready in 8 minutes. It was 25. Did anyone even offerme chips?! Will never go back and will tell everyone "Good luck getting service!" Would give negative stars if possible. Read more

Hands down the best location in the Columbia, SC area. They need to train the Killian Road staff because they do not compare to... this location. The food portions are great. The food itself taste great, and the staff is always nice and friendly. I'm eatingleftovers and it taste just as great. It's a plus for me because it's near my house. I stopped at Chipotle for a fast healthy meal as most places had closed for lunch. I ordered 2 small tacos (most people don?t... know this option) and mainly got brown rice, veggies and beans with a tiny bit of meat. Just what I love. My server over did thecheese but I always love cheese. First picture is 2 tacos wrapped tight and 2nd picture is one spread open some.
