I was getting my car serviced near by and decided to walk there for a sandwich and drink. The sandwich was good as usual,... however I was given a cup and went to get ice for my drink and the ice had black mold in it.I showed it to the staff and allthey offered me was another cup to get more ice from the same bin. Really! This was after I tipped them as well. No oneattempted to clean the bin and replace it with fresh ice. All I can say is pay attention but I will not be returning to thatlocation. Read more

The food is always good but today it was wrong. I asked for wheat and got white even after the cook condescendingly said it was... on wheat. He didn't want to do it over because it was kind of crowded. Read more
The night shift was awesome and I believe he was the assistant manager, he kept me and my daughter laughing with his amazing... sense of humor during a stormy day lol! The day shift seems to be a little impatient when you trying to decide what you want toorder. Read more
Ordered 2 sandwiches 1 BLT and 1 Ham and Provolone both Mike's way I was the only customer in the shop and waited for 5 minutes... for someone to take my order. When I got home to eat, both had been completely saturated with oil. I've been to Mike's plenty oftimes in Norwich and other locations and never had such terrible service and sandwiches. Whatever crew was working 4-1-22between 5 and 6 pm needed adult supervision and training to keep Jersey Mike's a good place to get a sandwich. I won't go back. Read more
