I bought a 12 piece chicken family meal here recently. It cost me $34.99 plus tax (over $37 total), and I must say it was the... worse chicken I've ever had. It contained 3 wings, 2 legs, and the other pieces did not contain much meat. It contains morefried coating than chicken, which I fed to the cats. I will say the slaw, mashed potatoes, gravy, green beans, and biscuits wereOK, but that was the only saving grace. I'll never go back there again. Read more

So here's the problem with this KFC, and many of the ones in this area, the people that work there have no clue about what their... deals are. For example, they claim that there's no Famous Bowl MEAL deal that includes fries for $7.99, even though they have abig sign that says it right in front of them. Instead, they say they only sell a COMBO which only comes with a drink and makeyou purchase fries separately at $4.49+tax?. This is not the only thing, only further showing that their employees' IQ's arestraight up in the low double digits. They talk ghetto as all heck too. If it wasn't because I like their pot pies, I wouldprobably never go back even if it's the only place open. Read more

Do not go here went here on 7/12/22 was told it would be 25 minutes while they cook more chicken at 730pm. I had no problem with... waiting. But when I said something about this happening more and more I was told by the manager on duty that I could take mybusiness elsewhere if I didn't like it. Absolutely the WORST experience!! Employees VERY rude.. Had to take out of the freezer. the mac n cheese, new fries, and... biscuits?! WHAT! Makes NO sense. Just a thought..but shouldn't this have been prepared before 4 p.m.?? One employee wascomplaining and wanted to go outside to vape..instead of taking care of customers. Another employee was arguing with a customerafter having to get their order wrong TWICE! We watched the employee come to the car with said order, it was wrong..so she cameback AGAIN..shoved it at the elderly lady and walked back inside the restaurant. The order was WRONG again! The elderly ladywent back inside and you hear the other employees yelling at the customer. ALL WHILE SITTING AT THE WINDOW IN THE DRIVETHRU!! After all of that, we still did not get want we wanted..and. Did not even get any other options to replace what wasn'tprepared. McDonald's is right across the street..go there if you want a chicken sandwich or nuggets..you will probably havebetter luck! We will NOT be going back to this KFC..if I could give it 0 star I would..that is how HORRIBLE this experience was.They definitely need some training in EVERY area. Read more

Would give 0 stars if possible. Waited 35 minutes in drive thru for "fresh" chicken just to receive a bucket of slimy soggy... chicken. I would not feed this to my dog let alone my family. Tried to call the restaurant to see if they could remake my orderbut never got an answer. It's almost like they put old chicken back in the grease. They were not even busy it was 3 cars inline. I remembered tonight why I quit going to KFC! Pulled in and did an online order so I knew it'd be hot and fresh and to avoid the... drive-thru line, since they had a sign in the lobby for pick-up orders. Watched several employees come out and smoke and talk ontheir phones while we waited, no big deal, then noticed their comments of "what are they sitting here for?", "are they justusing our Wi-Fi?" Finally one of them had the brains to come ask if we needed help and I told her we did an online order and itshould be ready. Then she tells us the lobby isn't open for pick-up orders, we have to use the drive-thru. We wait 20 minutes inthe drive-thru for an order that could've been brought to our car parked RIGHT IN FRONT OF THE ENTRANCE DOORS or I could'vewalked in and gotten on time. Get the order home and we have tiny chicken tenders for our meal, half baked biscuits, and limpfries with no crisp at all. Over $50 for sub-par food and rude service. Go to Rush's and get real food if you live in ThreeFountains, this KFC has gone downhill and hasn't looked back. Read more

One of the worse experiences I have ever had. I ordered a chicken sandwich combo on my lunch break after sitting in the drive... thur for 15 mins of my 30 min break. Once I received my food I left heading back to work. When I got back to work and open myfood. I realized that my chicken was raw and my fries had a ton of salt on them. How do restaurants expect to stay open if theygonna serve people anything and they know most people are not coming back. Just Sad! Read more
