I have been to this location several times and I?ve never been blown away, but I still continued to return because it?s a... convenient spot for my son and I to have lunch. Today I was extremely disappointed. The girl who took my order did not utter oneword to me- no hi, how are you, etc. When I ordered the horseradish beef and cheddar sandwich she had no idea what I was talkingabout. The last straw was when I was leaving I stood at the counter to ask for a refill on my drink. I stood there for tenminutes being blatantly ignored by the staff before I decided to just leave. I know they get busy, but that?s no excuse todownright ignore your customers who just want a quick refill that would take ten seconds of their time. I will not be back tothis location. Read more
Shout out to Mrs. Brittni, kaylie, kwahlie and the rest of the crew all have great service. I enjoy their sandwich better than... subway and fire house. I really hope that upper management will highly up appreciate and acknowledge them for everyone pullingtogether and doing what everyone should do and that is giving customer service. It took at least 4 minutes to place an order. When the salad arrived, the server made sure the fork and knife wrapped in a... napkin were delivered to the friend with me who ordered finger food. Is this normal, intelligent, trained by management policy? Read more
Nice clean restaurant with a hardworking crew that is courteous and helpful. Food is delicious and the tea is very good.... Restroom was clean. Food came out quickly. Consistent with other McCalister's, good stuff. Only complaint is the avacoado was a bit sub-par, way too little dressing for a... side salad, and the to go boxes are that cheap stuff that is literally fraying into my food. Great otherwise ????. Read more
