Haven't been here in a long time. So I was ready to try a big mac. NO CHEESE. It was on the receipt. I also ordered a double... hamburger. Also correct on the receipt. I got home and had an ice cold big mac WITH CHEESE and a small hamburger with one pattynot a double hamburger. Of course prices are up so would appreciate the correct order. So disappointing to not get what youordered. Wasted my money. Some of these employees could care less. Wont be back. Read more
Ok I'm not gonna talk about the food or price point for said food because that's like universal knowledge, so the review I'm... using here is specifically for customer service. And I give it a 5. When put in comparison to the many other McD's I've beento, I never really had a bad experience with the employees here. They were never monotone or super impolite even tho they gotplenty of reason to be I'm sure. And like most of my experiences here are good rather than just ok, so yeah. Good place to take the kids. The mini golf sometimes has courses closed due to lack of upgrades. Some courses closed sometimes.... Still really fun. The go-cart tracks are fun but the basic course has slow carts but very friendly environment and greatemployees. Would definitely recommend a visit for a family though. Most games work. Read more
Today was an unusual experience at one of the local McDonald's I use for fast food cravings. I ordered in the application at... 5:48pm and was at a curbside spot at 5:52. While waiting for my order, (the application says will be 5 minutes)another personwaiting recieved thier order after the person bring out the order asked if it was mine, even though I checked in at spot 3 andwas parked in spot 3. The other person was in spot 2. 15 minutes later I had to walk into the store to check the status of myorder. It wasn't like no knew that there was a curbside pickup order waiting, an employee spoke to me while I was in my car inthe spot. When I entered all employees were busy preparing drive thru orders despite the two other customers besides me at thecounter. I could see what turned out to be my order waiting to be brought out, and the employee who previously spoke with me.Eventually another employee acknowledged the presence of other customers inside and asked what we needed. The others insideneeded to place orders, I just need to recieve my order. The wait bothered me, but drive thru was really busy and it looked likeonly 4 employees were working at the time. If I could I would rate ZERO!!! Not so much because of the wait. But because of thequantity and quality of what I ordered. Basket of fries. There wasn't enough for a medium, I know because I tested it using themedium fry box that came with part of my order. The food was already cold because it was sitting on a counter probably for 10minutes. If I hadn't already been in a hurry I would have asked that the order be remade. But I guess this just the type ofservice I should begin to expect at the prominent fast food chain in the world. Read more
They are sooo lucky I am even giving them 1 star because the service SUCKS! They overcharge you and then when you ask for your... money back they refer you to the corporate number. Rude individuals at that store. This will be my last time even going there.Very incompetent , disrespectful workers including the managers. DISGUSTING! Read more
