Waited over 5 minutes in drive thru to place order. Only one car in front of me. Ater ordering went around to pay. Sat for 10... minutes after paying due to car in front of me. Either they had to kill the cow or pluck the chicken but they should have askedthat car to pull up so the could serve the 4 other cars behind me. Only wanted a basket of fries. When I finally got the friesthey were cold. As we were pulling out there are several of their employees outside socializing. Will Not go back there again! Read more
We Usually Love Coming To This McDonald?s For Breakfast & have minimal issues, but Tonight, We ordered two separate orders at... the kiosk at 8:54pm, and it printed out a blank receipt. The lobby filled up shortly after with people waiting to order. Nobodywas at the front counter for at least 7-9 minutes. A few minutes later two employees come inside. It literally took a group of 5people to walk out for anyone to come tend to the register. The third party who came in AFTER us got their food before us &left. My husband stood at the counter trying to get an employee?s attention twice and when they finally came to the counter thesecond time, they had to ASK what we ordered after we had already told them. We didn?t get our order until 9:15. My fries weresoggy and room temp at best. My husband?s big macs were thrown in the box & his friend?s order was also cold & the nuggetstasted like the grease hadn?t been cleaned or changed in months. They never put pickles on the burgers. Like, im just trying to enjoy my pickled burger and then i search under the bun and there... are NEVER ANY PICKLES!!! idk why its so hard to just like leave the pickles or put the pickles on, especially when i askspecifically for pickles to be ADDED to the burger. just why? to hurt my feelings? it always feels like a personal attack andit happens every single time i go. If you put in a specific order just expect it not to be correct. They employees are young and don't care. The customer service... is terrible. They stand at the window laughing and giggling and then when your order come out wrong everybody looking stupid.Management is no better. Everybody needs to go and they need to hire a new crew even down to management. Don't even stop herekeep driving or go across the street to Arby's that's what I do now. ???? Read more
Don't get me wrong... I love McDanks. But we ordered some burgers and one of them was just covered in mayo, the wrapper the... outside of the bun, mayo was everywhere. Another burger had two bottom buns. Another burgers bun was completely folded in half.We were a little disappointed with this one not gonna lie. Read more
Terrible. I asked for extra pickles on my two cheeseburger meal. I got my meal and there was nothing but cheese and the burger... between the buns. However the burgers looked like someone had stomped on them and the fries were cold as ice!!! Yuck!!! Couldn'tget the damn bun apart...so gross!!! Read more
Stopped for a dine in dinner meal with my kids on a Sunday evening. The staff was too busy tending the drive through to give us... the time of day. If you are planning to dine in with your family, pick a not so busy time or you will be ignored by everyone.Drive through seems to be priority in this location. Read more
