Placed a mobile order. Proceeded to second checkout window. They were in a bit of a panic because they had already given my... order to someone else. They proceed to confirm what I had. They stated two correctly and then the third item was incorrect. Iinformed that was the wrong item. Worker states confidently that I'm wrong. I don't haggle as I have to go to work. However, theworker was wrong and the order in my app proves that fact. Next time, listen to the customer. Not all of us are trying to giveyou a hard time. We just want our actual orders. There are multiple other McDonald's nearby. Bojangles, Chick-fil-A, and otherbreakfast options. They don't push back when informed they gave the wrong order. They ask to be shown and with a smartphone withthe McDonald's app on it I can certainly do that. So yeah, work on your customer service skills. They're needed in ALL jobs. Read more

This McDonalds CONSISTENTLY has milkshake and frappe machines *WORKING.* For that alone I would give five stars. But they also... have great service, even at times when they're severely understaffed or lines are long. They must have patience as a jobrequirement. I live nearby, so I've seen plenty of workers come and go over the years. Always well mannered, always on point. Read more
I still have tea they gave me in cup in my fridge to remind me of how they serve me on that day. And how tea had too much... sweetness but weak on flavor serve in a ice coffee or orange juice cup. I'm on budget believe it or not and if I had time do itmyself I would but convenience business offers selective to profile customers unlike myself make me wonder what makes medifferent I read menu with glasses or contacts like everyone else! The place is strange. I work at 7am so sometimes on my way to work I like to grab a coffee. It's supposed to be open at 6 or... 630. Sometimes at 630 there will literally no one there. Just an empty building. I'll sit in line for 5 minutes, the only car inline, and no one is there. Read more
Needed to buy a $50.00 gift card as a gift for an out-of-state relative who is a big McDonald's fan. Only one cashier at the... counter. A family in front of me changed their order several times before finally making up their mind. The cashier was pleasantbut there were no gift cards at the counter. She spoke with the manager and just watching her body language I am sure that shedidn't want to take time to go to the office and procure any.
