We used to enjoy eating here. The online service seems to always have issues. Tonight, food wasn?t ready, which was fine. No... cookies were available for the two kids meals ordered and there ?wasn?t any substitute they could do or offer?. After waiting,one taco was almost forgotten. The. I get home and the queso that was ordered on the side for nachos wasn?t in the bag. I had todrive back to get the queso. My whole meal should have been refunded for such a hassle. I've been here lots of times and had a great experience. This time, I took my elderly mother, who had never eaten here before.... The one thing that really irritated me was how she was treated. They asked her what kind of dressing she wanted on her tacosalad, and when she didn't respond fast enough, they moved on to the next person in line. There was ONE person in line behindus. I WISH I COULD LEAVE 10 STARS!!!! This moes has Always been my go to place for dinner, and now I might go there everyday?. The... assistant manager Eli was off for the day, but came into moes for dinner. He saw us struggling to fix our flat tire, and offeredus so much help! Eli gave us a ride to a tire shop to fix the issue. And just the customer service I?ve experienced it?ssomething I?ll remember for ever. Thank you so much Eli and the rest of your staff for all the wonderful help and support. Evenafter all of this Eli went in and even remade our burritos. I went here just in the mood for a quick meal and the staff greeted me immediately. They took my order while also doing online... orders but they did it without missing a beat or slowing down for a second! I was very impressed! All of the food looked veryfresh despite it being a slower time of the day for the restaurant too. And on top of all of that, every single employee wasfriendly and made it very welcoming! So this is a tough review, as I consider Moe's a staple for our family as a quick and tasty meal, especially on those busy... school nights. Our local Moe's is fantastic and friendly. Unfortunately this one has some issues. To begin, the staff was notreal friendly and seemed annoyed at our orders, even though it was not closing. The meat portions on each item (6 of us) werepaltry, the chip baskets were half full. 2 employees were at a table next to us, alternating between eating and running back andforth to the kitchen to share phone photos. Nobody thanked us and chairs were being put up around us and next to us. Read more
Exceptional service here, they were polite/friendly as they made mine and my dad homewrecker burritos ???? which WOW were... really deliciously made.
