Ordered a well done XL supreme a week before for pickup- it was terrible. Hardly done at all. Called manager and was given a... free pizza. We called a week later to redeem and try their pizza again. Was given a large pizza and the quality of the pizzadidn't improve. I don't recommend this location. Food costs too much to not get it right twice. Read more

Seen No one wearing HAIR NETS!!! Wife picked our pizza up on the way home from work (we live 15 to 20 minutes away) had hair in... the cheese on 2nd slice picked up. Began looking at other slices found 2 more strings of hair. Had to drive it all the way backto get it taken care of!! Read more

Pizza good, service at window TERRIBLE. I ORDERED BY APPLICATION, U appeared at window when the pizza was said to be ready.... Young man at window is on the phone, two employees are chatting each other up, we're burning gas. We get a handsign like "I'llbe a minute" from the guy who could have asked colleagues to stop playing graba$$ and serve customers, but DIDN'T. 5 MINUTES GOBY, I turned off engine at 1 minute. No service. 7 minutes, he guy starts reaching for the Pizza while STILL ON THE PHONE. Whilehe's handling our pizza he hasn't sanitized his hands or hung up the phone until after he finishes delivering our paid for byway of the app pizza. Phones are something almost never sanitized, EVERYONE at the business uses it, everyone touches it, and noone cleans hands after using it. Phones are a known vector for transferring colds & viruses... He should remember, "A bird inthe hand is worth two in the bush." Someone present at your business deserves more attention than ANYBODY ON A TELEPHONE. I willnot be going to this location again. Read more

Kudos! Best Papa John's AND best pizza ever! No skimping, no shortfalls!!! Everything on point and over the top! The order was... right! The order was hot! Everyone we spoke to, even delivery guy, was so nice! But bottom line....absolutey no problems at all!Done right the 1st time! We wanted to say thank you. We ordered 6 for a party. This location is a terrible place to choose for delivery as it takes nearly an hour and forty-five minutes to get the pizza... delivered. And by the time it gets to you, it needs to be placed in the oven again to warm it up again. And it was only 2 mediumpizzas and the cheese bread. It wasn't a complicated order and for the money. This particular location has let me down on several occasions. From them losing my order to a piece of crust with almost no... toppings. On my latest order, I was over charged and the employee told me that I could only use one offer at a time (which Idid- any way you want it for 14.00). I was charged 14.99 and I used 10.00 Papa credit. The sub total was now 5.50 plus tax, it'sonly a 1.50 but the point is that they are overcharging people with no explanation why. I also ordered original crust and thisseems to be some sort of thin crust. I've used my Papa credit so I'm done with Papa John's for a while. Read more

We order about every Friday for movie night. Food is always great and when we get it delivered the drivers are always amazing.... Would have been 5 stars but tonight we picked up the pizza and no one in the shop had their mask on the correct way. To you itmight not be a huge deal but this County needs all the protection we can get. Please mask up. But we will be back next week. Read more
