Did an online order went to resturant to pick it up, a line wrapped around the building. They was taking one order at a time.... When one left the window then they answered to take another. So I get to the window it's two people in there that I can see. Awomen and man. No sorry for your wait nothing. Give me my food, get home, there is literally a chicken tender as my meat in mybread on me and my daughters sandwich. Call the store no answer. Never again Read more

Person taking the order was very pleasant but when delivered through the window found that much of the order was missing or... hadn't been included on the receipt but I hadn't been informed of changes or running out items. And folks don't have time tocheck everything in a car on the run!!!! No jelly for biscuits or plastic for eating, no soda with meals,incomplete amounts onsides, etc.!!! When ordering through the window is the only alternative, they have got to do MUCH BETTER!!! Read more

Ordered a big family meal on app and waited in drive-through for 45 min. Arrived home with very cold food because it was... probably sitting at their counter "ready to go" for 45 min! I then find out they took the liberty to switch out my Cole-slawfor fries (without informing me at the store because they sold out of slaw). I called the store and manager gave no apology andtold me I could drive back, wait in drive-through and get a refund for the fries. Terrible customer service experience. Rudestaff told me, "I ain't finna deal with this..." and I was put on hold for manager over the phone. Popeyes CAN DO BETTER. Read more

Love the food however we ordered on the app and drove to pick up food. When we got there they have no place for mobile pick up... so we had to wait in drive through line which is REALLY slow. Even once we got in line it was at least 25+ min before we got towindow to pick up food. I understand being understaffed but having some one to at least bring out mobile orders should help withline. Hopefully this issue will get fixed because we love this restaurant Read more

I was so excited to try another chicken sandwich after a year. Right when I began to fully get my hopes up, I was suddenly madly... disappointed and just completely grossed out when I took my first bite. I bit into a chicken breast with all the bones leftinside. I couldn?t even eat the sandwich. My girlfriends tenders where ok but you could definitely tell they had been sittingfor a while from their old texture and stiffness. Anyways one star and I definitely will not be going back to this location anytime soon. Read more

This location has made me stop eating from the whole chain. The quality of the food as well as the rudeness from the store... manager on up. This location really brings the franchise down. Two separate incidents with $50 plus orders still waiting onBLatanda or something of the sort to give me a ring regarding the concerns. I'll get straight to it.... Popcorn shrimp were edible. Dried out pieces of dough, substituted for popcorn shrimp? Portion was... small, not 1/4th lb. Cold Cajun fries. 1 ketchup packet. Horrible experience when placing order. Not a happy customer! Lastpic is how it's supposed to look. Read more

The line is always super long.. that's a given here. Our blackened tenders were not coated in blackened seasoning, instead they... dusted them with their seasoned breading mix (which contains flour) and defeated the purpose of getting blackened tenders.Giving 4 stars bc they at least addressed the issue appropriately when I submitted feedback.
