I would say that this is a good place to go to. It's nothing to write home about, but if you do not have a car, don't want to... spend money on transportation, and are in the local area, then this place is worth stopping by. I would honestly say it's asolid 3.5, but the customer service bumped it up to a 4. I would recommend ordering something off the menu versus the buffet.There were not a lot of options in the buffet, which makes sense cause it's a slower area. However, the food off the menu wasdelicious. Food - the double stack burger with fries I had was delicious and worth the money (took it to go). I also had aburger patty that came with onions and mushrooms (can't remember the name) and it was delicious and seasoned well (dined in forthis). I got it with onion rings and mashed potatoes. I was not a fan of the onion rings, but that would be the only thing I didnot like. I do intend to eat here again. Pricing - majority of the items were either $12 or less. The burger I mentioned was$15, but that was pretty much the only thing that expensive on the menu. Therefore, the pricing is also a reason why I gave thisplace 4 stars. Portion size - it's about medium. You should be satisfied when you finished eating. Not stuffed and not stillhungry. So a satisfied feeling. Bottom line - nothing fancy and not the first place I would stop at if I had other options totry, but this is definitely an old faithful place to go where you know what you'll get when you arrive. Buffet was TERRIBLE !! Mashed taters was soup.. Pot roast had no meat.. Sliced potatoes was raw !! Cabbage soup was watered... down..fried chicken was dry..grits were cold....forget the rest..also..1 time was asked if everything was ok...never saw heragain...never brought the check...had to go up and pay..whining she had been there since 7 a.m.. I would consider going back here just for the waitress. She was very attentive and polite. I felt like she went out of her way... to make sure I had the best experience that I could. The fried chicken was also excellent. However the green beans were notedible and the whole place needs a good cleaning. Even the condiment bottles need to be cleaned. Read more
Breakfast buffet, nothing outstanding. Typical buffet style food. The link sausages were gross though. Our waitress wasn't that... friendly when seating us so I thought we were going to have an issue but she got better as it went on and checked in on usmultiple times.
