I ordered a double smoked bacon and cheddar cheese sandwich and as soon as I took it out of the bag, the cheese was not melted... enough, basically I got a cold sandwich my bacon was all COLD. Normally I wouldn?t rant about this stuff but come on at leastput more effort on this I am basically helping y?all get a good paycheck like be so for real. The people are usually very nice, but the drive-thru is always so slow. I just sat in line for 16 minutes, it didn?t budge and... the line was wrapped around the building, so I just left without even ordering. Read more

This location has decreased in something? I come here often and use the app 99% of the time. The caramel ribbon crunch? No... crunch and no coffee, just whipped cream and look at the bottom? My usual that I get is a brown sugar oat milk shaken espresso,and today, I got straight strong iced coffee. I?ve been to the location in Lexington red bank area on platt springs twice nowand I think I?ll use the extra gas to go there from now on regardless of how close this location is. If I?m gonna be spending15$ on 2 drinks I?m gonna get what I paid for. And the other location I?ve went to, shout-out to them because both times mydrink was amazing, way better than what I normally get here at this location. Do better. Read more
