Very disappointed with this Subway. I walked in with a coupon offering, GET A FREE FOOTLONG WHEN YOU BUY A FOOTLONG. Expires... 11/5/22. I was asked to see the coupon and was told We Don't take that coupon. Is this how to treat a customer? Why send thiscoupon via USPS to my address if you don't honor it? I used a mailer coupon for 3 footlongs for $17.99. Not sure if that is the reason why the subs were so awful or not. It's... obvious that the staff either can't read or didn't care to try to satisfy the customer. Not one customizable request was madeto my order. I paid for certain upgrades, that is $4 given away. It's truly sad when employees don't care about customerservice. I haven't been to a subway for over 2 years and after this service I don't plan to visit any time soon. Worst Subway I have been to. The two ladies working there seen me standing there looking all over at the menu ect and neither... lady acknowledged to help me for 5 mins. They could have said sorry I will be with you in a few, we are really busy! But Nothingat all. I was straight ignored. Read more
Just got a footlong steak and cheese with chips and large drink and was very disappointed with how stingy they were with the... toppings. This is the thinnest, sorriest sandwich I've ever had. My Dr. Pepper tastes very weak, it is abundantly clear thatthey turned down the syrup in the drink machine. I guess this is what the sign on the door meant by "Refresh: We are making bigchanges". $13 for all this tells me I won't be coming back. I'll just have to go to Jimmy John's from now on where I can get areal sub for the same price if not cheaper. UPDATE: I gave them a second chance after noticing several upgrades to thislocation. I was impressed and came back several times over the following week. I enjoyed the new sandwiches and ingredientsthey offer. I strongly recommend the MexiCali with avocado, it's one of my favorites. I ordered ahead online. The order was ready for pickup through drive-thru. The order was accurate and fresh. The presentation... wasn't sloppy. Customer service was actually good, which is hit and miss at this location. Here's a tip for if you go to eatthere at night, get there well before 10 p.m. because they start cleaning before that time and may not be serving food at thattime. I've witnessed some altercations between potential customers and the staff that closes, and it's gotten pretty heated attimes. Just be aware of that. Read more
