Like many of the restaurants, this one seems to be understaffed. The wait time was over 15 min inside and not much faster... through the drive thru. The food was adequately prepared but the preparer was very confused by my order "without tomatoes". Theydidn't put on any tomatoes but also didn't put any pizza sauce on the Mexican pizza either. I'm pretty sure that most peopleknow that there is tomato in pizza sauce but they aren't raw tomatoes and are a different ingredient that is called pizza sauce. Read more
The employees at this location do not listen to the customers and nothing works apparently. The cherry slush wasn?t available... because the machine wasn?t working. They couldn?t make the Mexican pizzas. I ordered 4 of the double steak grilled cheeseburritos and the girl apparently had better things to do than to listen to me and I received the regular grilled cheese burritosinstead. Very disappointed especially since this location got a makeover during COVID. WILL NOT BE BACK TO THIS LOCATION. Read more
Ordered 2 beefy burritos got two bean burritos. Also ordered 2 Cinnabon delights (2 pack) got none. This was an in app order so... I paid for food I did not get!!! Was told by phone there was nothing they could do HORRIBLE SERVICE!! Read more
I just got my food and they told me I had to wait if i knew I had to wait I would of left. They gave me a cold taco and the sour... cream was missing and the tomatoes was missing. I had asked for 2 hard tacos and they gave me 2 soft tacos and can I sue thembecause they food ain?t post to be cold, it post to be a heated to the exact temperature for the ground beef or it can causebacteria on the food so they tried to poison me with bacteria? Hear ye hear ye!! I have travelled from coast to coast, lived in multiple cities, and have a vast experience of Taco Bell?s... (one of only 4 fast foods I ever get). This location has been the only one that has consistently been decent. They had a fewrough years, but overall, since 2002, they?ve been rockin it. Third trip in a row my order was messed up at the store called and they always apologize, they always offered redo it, they... never offered to get it right the first time. This was supposed To be a taco supreme. No cheese, No sour cream, no tomatoes,same exact mistake I?ve had the last two times I went before this. My boyfriend and I have had two issues here at this point in time with our order being messed up or not being up to par. The... first one was ?fixed? (it took them forever to fix the issue). This is today?s. This is THREE separate tacos. They are supposedto be the spicy potato soft taco but they each literally have 3 pieces of potato on them. I would have rather been told thatthey were out of potatoes than receive this. I can?t even eat this. Not to mention we had to wait in the drive thru line for 30minutes each time. Read more
Placed an online order and went to pick it up, spend 20 mins in line only to end up missing 50% of the items I ordered and the... food was disgusting. I had requested extra creamy jalapeno sauce on the quesadillas and, big surprise, they had none atall. Granted I know these stores run out, but really? It has been months and every single time they fail to mention if they'reout (even at drive thru) before/during orders. The meat tastes like it has sat out for days and then reheated in a microwave andthe cheesy potatoes were burnt or hard.
