My food had a chemical or metal taste. Wasn?t fresh/hot and employees look dirty like they rolled out of bed and came to work.

Great food that is definitely worth the wait. I went in without expectations and was definitely not disappointed. I had the... chicken, steak and shrimp with a couple entrées ( octopus balls, 2 spring rolls and 1 egg roll). The food was without a doubt a7/10. Will definitely be back to this location. Read more
I am not one to complain. After a long day & low blood sugar I was in urgent need of food. I love Tokyo Grill and I, myself,... have chosen to be a customer for years. I tried to call ahead at 9:15 so that I could pick up my order and get out of the way ofthe employees because I knew it was about to be closing time. No one answered. Granted, I recognize that this is very close toclose. I have previously worked in service industry and bar industry for many years & I know it can be frustrating when someonecomes in late. This photo was taken at 9:21pm when I tried to enter the building. As I pull into a parking spot, the employeeseen sweeping in the back of this photo moved towards the door and locked it as he noticed I was coming into his establishment.l still proceeded to get out my car and try to go in to order, because surely, he wouldn?t lock the door while I?m 3 feet infront of him. Sure enough, the door was locked. He then proceeded to act as if I wasn?t standing at the door. In anger andabsolute disbelief at the terrible customer service I had just received, I did honk my horn a few times leaving when drivingaway from the restaurant. My response was not in any way appropriate, however, I was just truly shocked that my presence wasblatantly ignored and the door was locked while the employee actively makes eye contact with me 3 feet away. ? the time in whichI pulled out of the parking lot was 9:25. The business hours for this store location are 9:30! I am an extremely reasonable andunderstanding individual. I would have even understood if the night was slow and they wanted to close a few minutes early andhad already throw the food away for the night. Again, I myself have also worked in the food industry before. Knowing inmoments like this, he could have easily said, ?I?m sorry ma?am, we?re closed.? We ordered quickly and easily. The food was ready in a reasonable amount of time. Unfortunately, it seems the price is higher... every time I go and the quality isn't what it used to be. I used to enjoy the tempura breaded veggies and sauce that came withthe tempura shrimp. Those were omitted this visit and that was a bit disappointing. I understand there may be some supplyissues but I would like to know ahead of time if my dish is missing an integral part of it. My husband's hibachi dish was finethough. Read more
I like that they let you omit whatever you want to omit without any problems. I always ask to leave out onions and they do. ... Orders come out pretty fast. Food has always been hot and doesn't seem to just be sitting for long periods of time. Only thingI don't care for is the drink and condiment section.
