Two stories about this WH. One experience my wife and I walked in at around 12 at night because she was craving a waffle. When... I walked in and sat down no one walked over to me, I walked to the counter and asked if I could have a menu and some water, whenshe handed it to me she said ?it?s gonna be a while before we get to you?. We sat for the better part of 30 minutes and nevergot a second glance. Huge waste of time. Story 2 Is I ordered breakfast for all of my friends as a surprise, I waited the 20minutes they told me it would take and I went to check on the food. Never started. Once it came out 30 minutes later I checkedthe bag, no silverware, no napkins, no syrup. Cmon man, I went back inside and asked and they said they would get me some? juststarted taking someone elses order who walked in after me. I even left a generous tip to this person. Zero stars. The Waffle House was a hit last night. Brittany with the best customer service took great care of me and my party. The food was... great and they keep a clean kitchen and eating areas. The employees were very conscious about hand washing and wore cleanuniforms. I will be back. Read more

My husband and I were just leaving a business meeting! We met to amazing people working this night. Thank you to our cook and I... hope ???? I can remember your name ( Jefferey?), I?m sorry if that isn?t correct. Had a beautiful Christmas tree put up and hemade our food with pure love! I looked at my husband and told him to look at our food it looked just like if it were advertisedon the menu! Our waitress was really down to earth, happy no matter what and I loved it about her!!!, I can?t wait to see these2 individuals again, but I wanted to say thank you again and for sharing your life with my husband and I, and thank you guys forpreparing meals 24/7, respectively!
