As i picked up an online order between 12-1am the drive thru employee basically threw the order at us and didn?t even bother to... tell us the chocolate frosty wasn?t available then proceeded to ignore repeated knocks on window and multiple phone calls andeven after going thru the drive thru one more time she didn?t decide to come to the drive thru window until another customerpulled up?. The service was great. They were fast and efficient and all of the food was hot. I don't really comment on fast food bc it's... just that....fast food. But, my mother was impressed and it's hard to impress her! She got a #1. I got a grilled chickensandwich . Read more
We went in to order and saw 2 out of the 7 employees actually working. 1 of the young ladies was working to get the orders out... and the other taking orders at the window while the others cut up. I guess this is where the lack of QUALITY workers is gettingus. Very sad. Read more
Not sure why all Wendy's inside truck stops are always so bad, but they are..dining room dirty, trash full with a employee... complaining the whole time loudly about changing it. I stood at the register over 5 minutes with several employee's talking andjust walking by me. Until finally someone asked me what I wanted..when food was served it was cold and wrong had to take backto counter..just a awful store. Read more
Super friendly and good service and got me my fries and frosty pretty dang quick too. You can honestly never go wrong with fries... and a frosty from Wendy's. Just like it says in Walker Hayes song "fancy like" she wanna dip me like her fries in her frosty.Such a nice combo. If you haven't tried it, head on over to Wendy's and get you some fries and a frosty. I recommend vanilla:). Read more
I had been good all day, so decided to splurge on a Son of a Baconator, which you know as a meal is almost $9. When l unwrapped... this as you see in the picture, although we all know the menu picture is better than what we'll actually get, it SHOULD have atleast 2 or 3 FULL pieces of bacon as opposed to one broke in half as l got. When l politely asked if this was the Son of aBaconator (because l had to come back because they forgot my chili and while waiting, l looked through everything else) Managerin grey shirt gets all puffy and says "Yeah. It's got bacon on it, so it's a Son of a Baconator???????????????? Order at yourown risk. Sonic not 20 feet away. They ALWAYS alright; drive the few extra feet. I will be for now on???? Read more
I love Wendy?s but this one in particular is pretty bad. The food was ok, but the service, wait time and cleanliness are all... severely lacking. I?m in the dining room and have been here for over an hour and not one person has come out to clean up thetables or the floor. I stood in line no less than 15 minutes to order and waited another 10 minutes for my food. I don?t haveparticularly high standards when it comes to fast food joints, especially in truck stops but this is just bad. Read more
Started going here 3-4x per week about 3 weeks ago, employees were way nicer and more on point than anywhere else near here. A... lot faster as well. However.. Got a large chili the other night. Mixed it with my spoon, and went to pull my first bite.Hanging off my spoon was what could only be described as "mucus". Pulled it off with my fingers to check, it had no body(wasn'tan onion or vegetable), and was semi transparent. There's nothing in their chili that resembles phlegm/loogies. After pullingthat one out I searched around a bit and did find another. Needless to say, won't be returning ever again. And i hope whoevergoes there sees this. Obviously I'm not a DNA laboratory, but I definitely know what spit with phlegm in it looks like. Andoddly enough, I was fully pleasant with them. They handed me the wrong order/bag so I handed it back, and 4 mins later theyhanded me the "correct" order. If I had verification of what I suspect that was, this would be a news story for sure.
