This place has been a restaurant staple in West Columbia for many years. The food is good and I've never really had an issue... with service either. It's clean and well lit and is in a great location in town. However, the one thing about this place is youjust can't beat the Blizzard. I find myself coming here at least once a week and getting myself a treat. The Butterfinger andm&m blizzard is my favorite. Read more
Fresh, hot, fast, brought out to our tabe, and they checked in shortly after we got our food to make sure we had everything we... wanted. That was my burger experience in the dining room. We got ice cream on our way out, it was also made promptly, and wasalso great. If you're deciding where to go in this town, get off the fence and go to DQ. The burgers are the same as they'vebeen for decades, unlike the burger place next door. Read more
Ordered an XL Chili cheese dog and a Hunger Buster jr. with fries. Currently still waiting in the drive through and it?s already... been 25 minutes. Absolutely ridiculous. The young lady brought out meals to several cars all at once instead of as they wereready. Gotta love cold/stiff fries. This is always an issue, although we keep trying as we hope this can be improved. Read more
The steak fingers were good, but the gravy was like water. Someone needs to learn how to make gravy, because the what they make... now is garbage. Read more
My Mother & Father in-law as well as my husband and I have been coming here for years. We've loved the food as well as the... service for years. Today we ordered 3 cheese burgers. The girl working said to park and she would bring it out to us. Wewaited for 28 min. I went in to see if there was a problem. The sack was sitting on the counter and cold. This is BS in myopinion. The world is full of folks who need a job and are willing to work. It is shame to pay girls or anyone who is notwilling to earn the pay. What a shame. When I said we loved the food, it is Dairy Queen food. It has just gone downhill forthe past 10 years. Very sad! Read more
I am giving this place 4 out of 5 stars based on how much the new owners are doing to clean up and remodel the existing... building. I think they are making good progress on the work they are doing to modernize it. I am also glad to see some of theemployees stay over with the new owners. I also noticed they have brought in a young and enthusiastic assistant manager whichmakes a big difference in keeping things running! Read more
Cheyenne was the person at the window and she did an amazing job! I got 2 large dip cones and a blizzard. She put the dip cones... in holder for me so they wouldn't drip. One of the friendliest people I've ever dealt with at any restaurant. Thank you Cheyennefor being awesome and giving great customer service. I'll definitely come back because of Cheyenne. Read more
It took a long time to get my order! Once I got home my toast was burnt (black). Very disappointed with Dairy Queen.
