The store in west Columbia Tx is so slow that you wait in line for maybe 10-15 mins sometimes before you even move up the line.... The staff shortage is crazy. Read more
Used drive-through only. Food was fresh and hot. They were out of all the popular drinks like Coke, Dr. Pepper, etc. etc. and... had only the odd stuff available - thus the rating. Read more
Food is always good, only issue is you?ll forget where you are and why you came while waiting in a 4-5 car line that takes an... hour. Good place for decent fast food, bad place too go for super fast or even fast service. Read more
Im not a 5 star giver when it comes to fast food but the staff working here last night earned it. The food was typical Jack in... The Box and fine. But I came 15 minutes to close and the young men working were extremely courteous and friendly. Professionalyoung men earning a living the right way and making their company shine. Read more
Got this as a quick meal coming home late. There is no way the cook can miss the nasty black burned bits on the fries. The... untoasted bread aint too exciting either. The black particles are not pepper. Hoping to spare one or two customers what I had toexperience. Doubt anything will be done about it. Read more
