I had a wonderful experience at McDonald?s tonight. Two fantastic staff members, Melvin & Barb, went above and beyond to make... sure I received what I ordered in an extremely short amount of time. I don't even want to give this place a one star. I took my grandson here to get him lunch I ordered a fish sandwich which I... usually enjoy, today I opened the box and the sandwich look a mess so I was putting it back together and realized it had a halfof a piece of cheese and hardly any tarter sauce. For a meal at 7.99 they could have at least used the whole slice! Read more
This place refused to serve my wife. We placed our order and arrived the store on 5/4 a little after 8pm. My wife showed the... window the mobile order pick up number on her phone. We got different reasons for not being served and they were: 1. The storewas closed and was making no more order. 2. They had never seen our mobile order. Clearly these excuses were not acceptable aswe received email from McDonald's for acknowledging the order and the closing time for the store is 10pm. When asked for theiremployee ID, they refused but they did post for the photo. I am not sure why they were so enjoyed to see customers no beingserved. I just stopped by there this morning thursday 11/3/22 at 6:50 am. I went to drive thru and before I ordered I asked if I could... use the restroom since they don?t open the doors until 7:00 am. The guy said not a problem and went and unlocked the door forme so I could use it and just order inside. Then at the register I was using a reward from the app on a free breakfastSandwhich and then again using the app to end up paying for my order. It ended up voiding my coupon/reward and charged me forthe Sandwhich. The guy at the register again took care of it no problem and resolved my problem. I would recommend stoppingat this McDonald?s location. It?s convenient, it?s always clean, staff is always helpful and accommodating, food is always hot, I?ve always had good experiences at this particular McDonald?s when I?m around this area.
