"Sushi Fire Light". Bento-Holic replaced my favorite sushi joint. Bummer. Well, not really. Still the same owner(s), many of... the same workers, still the same fresh ingredients... The rolls here are super good and I don't feel bad for customizing them. That's the point! There are tons of different options to build your own, or you can grab a bento box instead.
