Good place to eat! BJ’s is usually good. This location definitely does not disappoint. We had a party of four. We got to the... restaurant around 6:00 pm on a Saturday. No waiting time, got seated right away. Staff was friendly and welcoming. Our waiterwas cordial, friendly, and helpful. I ordered my usual, Bacon Burger, and it was delicious! I always use the BJ’s app,because it gives me $10 off whenever I get enough points, and free ice creams sometimes lol. Food was really good, as usual, nocomplaints there. Good atmosphere! Read more

I'm a regular curbside orderer of about a year now. The past few months they've been making little mistakes here and there.... Giving me the wrong ice cream flavor, forgetting toppings on my pizza, but I've been letting it slide until last night 6/02/22..arrived at 8pm and they handed me this extremely poorly made pizza. I thought I was seeing things, but nope this pic was taken aminute after she handed me the pizza. I called the restaurant for the manager and a new pizza. Waited an hour and the manager (Ibelieve Melissa? Melinda? Tall, fair, blonde lady) came out and handed me a new pizza. I gave her the pizza to show the staffhow unacceptable this is and she thanked me and that was it. She brought out an extra scoop for my pizookie for waiting. Ishould've been offered a refund. Once I got home I realized my pizookie was the wrong flavor. I called again and spoke with thesame manager. She then offered me a free pizookie and coupon. I mentioned I didn't want to come back again so I asked for a fullrefund. I haven't received it yet but she said it will show up in about 3-5 business days. I really hope it shows up because Idon't want to have to call again. I will not come back unless there's new staff and managers.. Read more

Utterly disgusted today with BJ’s… I come here a lot with my family and always have a great time with great food. But today... it was disgusting.. my sister ordered a salad and when it came out there was a WORM in the salad and when my mothers wings cameout they were cold! We normally wait around 20-30 mins for food but today it was more like 45-50 minutes. I’m out of words andhighly disappointed. Read more

This was my family and I first time coming to this BJ's. My wife ordered the loaded Nachos which took forever to arrive at our... table being it was an appetizer???? then when it finally come out it was in a large tray, the chips where burned and they putbarely any cheese so basically it was pretty much burned dry chips. She was so embarrassed she didn't want to tell the waiter toreturn it instead just sacrificed and ate it??????????? which I appreciate her for but I was not a happy camper. The foodfinally comes out about 15 to 17 minutes later and out of 4 of us 2 of us had actually a good meal the other 2 plates was dry,the ribs was dry and the dish of some type of chicken was a bit over cooked and dry with no flavor. You live and you learn wepaid didn't complain to them even gave the waiter a tip. This place has a very extensive menu and you can not go wrong with anything. I love the chicken Alfredo pasta, it is like... homemade.
